The service is reliably great—everyone is so nice and helpful. The only reason I don't buy everything here is the price on some smaller components. Items like gas hoses and valves are just a bit less expensive at my local hardware store, so I end up going there for those.
We highly recommend this company for their competitive pricing and exceptional efficiency in shipping parts out the same day. Our experience with our account has been excellent, and we are very satisfied clients.
Trastevere Restaurant Almoradi One of the worst restaurants I visited in Almoradi Spain.Cod and chips the cod was no bigger than a fish finger and 5 chips under a grey tiny cod.I taught I was seen things so bad.My wife's chicken was under cooked soft.Starters asked for two chicken strips with barbecue sauce.We only got one just as well the strips were dried out taste less.I was with my wife's birthday we had to laugh about our experience.Never again. Just pay and get outStay Away Stay away.
Repair service of over 25 years. Have been ordering from All Points since it was Consolidated. This is just the last 3 orders have been horrible and All Points has gotten worse. Order 1 packing a ceramic burner with no bubble wrap or anything to protect it and came in cracked, so customer wanted refund and purchased a new unit. Loss of revenue for me. Ordered 2 dials, one wrong and one correct for two thermostats, so had to go back with another loss. Ordered 3 BJWA thermostats over night shipping for a planned job. Parts never came, had to send pictures of proof of parts not shipped. Why is this my job? The last three orders have all been wrong or incomplete. All of these issues are causing my business a loss over and over. I asked for a reason and all I get was “sorry about that” Guess I will have to order more off Amazon since parts are shipped when supposed to be. Asked for a phone call from an executive several times with no avail. All Points does not care about their customers or if I buy from them.

After I place an order, they send me a confirmation e mail stating the fact, they also let me know when it ships, which is usually that same day or the next and it arrives when it should. What more could you ask for!

Local stock, quick ship, as expected
I have always had great service from Allpoints and back to the days when ICS was in Connecticut but now last week I ordered a faucet and 2 water valves and got the valves but the problenm was I got a hose assembly and no faucet. I called and tried to get the faucet and return lable for the hose assembly and nothing happened. I called again today and still have not gotten the faucet for the customer or the return lable for sending the more expensive hose assemcly back.

The pricing is great, as well as the flat shipping rates. I can only give an average rating because the great pricing is heavily outweighed by the lack of in-stock availability of parts. All points has at least three warehouses and I can't seem to get my orders to ship from one warehouse, or avoid backorders, because not all of the warehouses have the items. Keep in mind that I am only ordering small quantities. It's frustrating because Parts Town will have hundreds of the same item, but at double the price and I am forced to buy from them because they have the stock.
