I called MERRY who answered the phone. I was curious how much it would take to move my car from Nevada to Illinois. She's done nothing but been a huge help ever since she is a huge commodity wonderful worker for this company. She is a wonderful woman and I thank her very much

Do not use this company. Worst experience of my life.
I booked a car transport from Fort Wayne to Napoleon. The pick-up date and pricing where changed several times. This company lures you in with a cheap price. Then bait and switch you. dishonest and unfair tactics.

I'm a carrier was theft by this company the person who I'm talk "Jasmine" Indian accent.She gave me a rate to customer pay me at the delivery time but surprised customer have a different rate. Jasmine already collect the half of the total rate so the other half was to me but was lowered than the original rate. On the other hand Jasmine was texting to me while I'm. Heading to the delivery to collect money to the customers and take my part and send the rest to her by zelle.She kept insisting that I send her the part of her that the client was supposedly going to pay me forIn the end, the client was deceived and I lost more than half of what I was supposed to charge for that trip.

Company quoted a price and at delivery increased it by $300 before I could get my car released. This company is horrible and I do not recommend anyone utilize them. They lied to me and the driver. I told them my budget and I even spoke with the driver about my budget. They lied to the driver as well and the driver told me they are no longer dealing with the company because they are liars. They told the driver they were picking up the difference just so he would do the pickup. I am in the process of suing them for fraud. They totally disregarded my budget and when I told them I could not pay what they wanted, they would not cancel and refund my deposit. Worst service EVER.

Bait and switch estimate refuse refund
I put an estimate request out to several auto transport companies; then Monday February 9th I contacted Allstate Carship Inc and excepted their estimate of $695 to transport the car. I paid them the $150 deposit with the rest of the $545 payment going to the driver on delivery. They would contact me the next day Tuesday February 10th to setup a pickup time. 8am Tuesday I receive a text stating they are working on my order. At 12:52 Tuesday I text them asking any word on transport pickup. They respond back reporting an issue finding a driver to come to my location to pick up the car. I live in the mountains, so I offer to do an hour dive to take the car off the mountain to a better pickup location. We agree on the new location that is closer and easier for them to get to. Wednesday February 11th, they text me 8:32am the driver is available for evening pickup. I reported back I am unable to do the evening pickup have a important meeting at 6pm. They advised tomorrow (Thursday the 12th) would work and I reported back it works for me. Then they report the price is increased from $695 to $1945 with me already paying $150 I would owe the driver $1795. I responded NO that is an 250% increase over what is quoted. I requested my deposit be refunded. They started to debate with me, and I said I am not debating please refund my money. They then called me on the phone, the male stated he was the manager and I would not receive a refund of my $150. I told him I cannot afford to pay what they are stating as the price and just want my money returned. They have not responded to follow-up calls.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
I recently made a $200 deposit on a quote a month before a scheduled pickup, I did not agree to the contract they sent me because it was different from what they texted me online. So, therefore I told them I was going to use another mover. When I asked several times to return my deposit they will not respond. I may take them to court for this illegal action. Not trustworthy, WARNING: DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Scam. they seem like they are collecting deposits and then not picking up the vehicle. I received a quote and paid a deposit to have my vehicle picked up in mid-December. The did not make the pick up. I called and they assured me they would text when coming. They did not come. I called and the person I spoke with said they could find a driver to drive during the holiday, but it would cost extra. I declined and said I'd wait. then the new year comes and they still would not send a driver unless I paid double the quoted price. At that time, I asked for a refund of my deposit. They refused my refund. Thankfully, I used a credit card and was able to dispute the undelivered service.
