I have been with ***All Time Air for many, many years, and they are the absolute best! Always on time, always available in emergencies and reasonably priced. Family owned and operated, you always get friendly and personal service. Derek is my go to technician as he is very professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend ***All Time Air.

Service service service!!! It is so difficult to find an honest, reliable, and competent company. Look no further All Time AC is all that and so much more. We had a new air conditioner installed and the technicians, Jamahl and Tony answered all questions asked. They were friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They took care even while lifting the new AC up our narrow stairway to the second floor closet. They used drop cloths to protect the area and made sure to clean up when they were finished. The office staff was friendly and kept us up to date before the install BUT more important AFTER it was installed. If you need a new air conditioner do yourself a favor and call All Time Air Conditioning. We are certainly happy we did !!!

Derek saved the day my ac was acting up we had no air at all and Derek rescued our family he found the problem was very honest unlike other air conditioning companies amazingly fixed the problems then added Freon now it’s working and blowing out ice cold air like a new ac! Thanks derick!(It was last month but I don’t remember the time)
Still waiting and waiting and waiting for a box of 12 air conditioning filters! Wish I would’ve known that before I place the order!

When my air conditioner suddenly stopped working during a heatwave, All Time Air Conditioning was there to help with their fast emergency service. The technician showed up within the hour, quickly figured out the issue, and got my AC running again in no time. I'm so thankful for their speedy and professional service.
Received the filters for a unique fitting system and they fit perfectly. Originally got a note to review before items came and I gave a low review, but found out later that the request for review went out inadvertently. Vivian followed up with me and went out of her way to get these things shipped out ASAP and also gave me advice on replacement. Had to order in bulk, so these will last a while.

Rip off for both cost of equipment and annual service contracts. Prices of supplies online are 10 times less than their pricing. Terrible customer service. Had to call 3 times for my AC to be fixed and they didn't even check basics. Had to have them out again twice to replace a mom-working pump. Don't throw your money on this place. Unethical
The technician Derek called in the morning and gave me an accurate time estimate of his arrival (instead of making me sit around all day like many other companies). He was professional, and friendly, and took the time and effort to properly diagnose and explain my issue. Would absolutely recommend.
Most amazing people in the company who try really hard to stand out and stride for perfection. Hard to find people who care sometimes, but All Time Air does..
