Disappointed
You unnecessarily repeated a color of one of the letters in the name I ordered. The train was supposed to have had six letters -- rainbow -- and an engine and a caboose. I asked for an exchange of one letter and the response was "NO!"

Can I pick the colors next time?
Great quality. I bought this one to match my older child’s train. My only complaint is that I got two letters in the same color. It is a 5 letter name so I would have appreciated five different colors. I received two blue a’s.

Personal name coat hanger is great!
Very nicely crafted coat hanger with a personalized name! Although it took a bit long to receive, I did not see any issues or imperfections with what I got so the wait was worth it!

Mixup fixed without hassel!
They accidentally sent me one of the wrong letters and when I notified them of the error they sent the correct letter right away. I really appreciated this! The train is very cute and exactly what I wanted!

All 4 of our grandchildren have one of…
All 4 of our grandchildren have one of your trains and enjoy them. When we ordered the last train, one of the letters in the name was missing and you sent the missing letter quickly when I notified you. The only other issue is the letter "D." It looks like an "R" due to the way the letter is cut out. It upsets our granddaughter "EDEN" as people see her train and call her "EREN"
