Extremely Disappointed – Unethical Refund Practices
SCAM ALERT: I had a very frustrating experience with Alphalete Athletics. I placed an order and once it arrived, I tried on one item that was too small. Following their return policy exactly — unused, with all tags still attached — I returned the entire order within the required timeframe.The company confirmed receipt of my return and kept all of the items. However, instead of refunding me for the full order, they only refunded about half of what I paid, with no valid explanation as to why they withheld the rest.This is not just disappointing — it’s dishonest and feels like an unethical attempt to keep money they aren’t entitled to. I followed every step of their policy correctly, yet they failed to honor it. I’ve contacted customer service with no satisfactory resolution.Do not trust Alphalete Athletics with returns. Based on my experience, their refund practices are unfair and misleading.

I’ve ordered from this company a dozen…
I’ve ordered from this company a dozen times or so in the past. My last order of four leggings were all damaged. The dye wasn’t even on all of them, unsure what has changed within the company but I won’t be ordering from them again. Emailed them and got the run around that if I keep they will give me a coupon code. They asked me to wash to see if the dye fixes it. Didn’t fix and the pilling after wash looked like I had owned for years. Why would would I want to order from a company that sold me crap leggings?

SCAMMERS! DO NOT BUT THERE
I paid for shipping protection on my orders. Two packages were delivered and stolen from my porch the same day. My claim was denied.Instead of honoring the protection I paid for, they refunded only the cost of the “insurance” and refused to cover the actual loss. So they’ll happily take your money for protection — but when you actually need it, they won’t stand behind it.They tried to deflect responsibility by raising “flags” because I placed separate guest orders using a promo code. That is not illegal, and all orders were legitimately paid for. This feels like an excuse to avoid paying a valid claim.Shipping protection that doesn’t protect you is meaningless. Extremely disappointing and misleading business practice. I would strongly advise others not to do business with that shady company.

When customer service makes a mistake…
When customer service makes a mistake and packages the wrong order, don’t make the customers go out of their way to return them and a terrible inconvenience and hassle to get it back for your errors. You have lost a customer:

Material and color 10/10. However.. the tops are not for large chests. I have a C cup and the underbra cuts my boobs in half. :/ And the top is just a touch too cropped where I need it to be a top.

The products are good quality but very little in stock
The products are good quality. However there is very little selection of in stock items. I had to get pretty obscure to get the clothing I wanted in my size. If everything or more things were in stock then this would be a 5 star.

Underwear ripped at the seams after just the second time wearing them in two different spots. I’ve worn alphalete underwear for many years but this is the worst quality I’ve ever seen from them
