Lorrie Dentel in the Jacksonville office has been absolutely amazing since day 1 in helping me. She answers my millions of questions and she is very quick to get back to you. I applied for a mortgage with Tom Prichard in December and now two days before closing finally the mortgage is in underwriting not approved and they have a man as the co signer and not me a female! The whole process has been a nightmare from the get go !! Lynn Stever has tried to cross boundaries that my lawyer was very concerned about!I am canceling my application and going to a reputable bank !! Lesson learned

Esther was a godsend to the process of purchasing my first home. She always has your best interest in mind, and i felt at ease to be represented by her. It was almost as if I had a mortgage broker and a lawyer in one package. She knows the ins and outs of the process from multiple sides, and ensures there is nothing present that can hurt you or the process. She is genuine but fierce when need be, this can be off putting to some you may encounter in the process, but a good thing to have on your side. Most companies processing closings, seem to want someone that doesn't ask questions and signs their life away. This is the reason this area is plagued with bad deals, and instantly house poor folk, because they're easily taken advantage of. With Esther, you can put your worries at ease, as she was always there from beginning to end explaining what everything meant, and giving sincere feedback when requested or things didn’t add up for me. I had a very difficult loan to begin with being a 203k Rehab. Esther still managed to close it in record time. I thank her dearly and commend her for all her hard work put on my behalf. Will definitely be going back when I need to, and will be my #1 recommendation for others. Thank you Esther for everything.

She is the most kind and caring person. She worked very hard throughout the process with all the available communications to help us get the best loan. She was fantastic in networking our realtor and other individuals to make our dream happen. We were very taken by her personal care, and that meant a lot to us. Difficult company to work with
Difficult company to work with. Take their sweet time replying to you, but when they need something it's an emergency. Rates originally looked better than others, but customer service more than offset any minor savings. And now after closing they've sold my information to someone because I'm getting three letters a day for mortgage based life insurance.

Thomas Baldwin is excellent!
Thomas Baldwin is excellent!! Whenever we had a question, he always responded back in a timely manner and we would also receive emails from him after hours with any updates to our file. Of the three homes we have purchased in the past, this experience was by far the best. We spoke to Mr Baldwin over the phone, email and text message since January when we first began planning to build our new home. We only had to meet with him in the office one time and when we met, he reviewed all of the available rates and worked with us to provide an option that worked best for our future plans. He timed this perfectly as well, because we avoided getting any penalties from locking in a rate too early as we had experienced with our two previous homes. Both lenders we used previously encouraged us to lock in a rate as soon as possible and did not explain how this would cost us money in the end. I would recommend Mr. Baldwin to anyone looking to buy a new home.
