A Disappointing Experience
I recently engaged Amazonbookpublications with high hopes of publishing my book, drawn by their promising services. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply unsatisfying, and I feel compelled to share my story to help others make informed decisions.Initially, the company appeared professional, using reputable platforms like Basecamp for document exchanges. However, as our project progressed, several red flags emerged. My first concern arose when they provided images for my book, claiming they were uniquely altered to avoid copyright issues. Upon closer examination, these alterations were basic and something easily achievable with standard software, raising questions about the value being offered.Further research revealed that the original images, sourced from Unsplash, did not have the copyright restrictions as claimed by the company. Unsplash's terms explicitly allow their images for commercial use, contradicting the company's justification for altering the images.I attempted to address these issues with the company, seeking clarity and resolution. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with silence, leaving me with unresolved questions and a diminished trust in their services.Additionally, a deeper dive into the company's web presence and Trustpilot profile uncovered a pattern of extreme reviews, which, coupled with my experience, led me to question the authenticity of their positive feedback.I decided to retract my payments through my credit card company, a decision that was not made lightly but seemed necessary given the circumstances. While the financial aspect has been resolved, the lack of professional courtesy and transparency from Amazonbookpublications remains a glaring issue.To those considering Amazonbookpublications for their publishing needs, I urge you to proceed with caution. The publishing journey is an important one, and it's crucial to partner with services that offer transparency, honesty, and genuine value.

Would not recommend. They are very friendly and helpful at the beginning. And if they think you will do more business they are extremely helpful. But in the end they are not responsive, it's been two months and my copies that are part of the package have still not been ordered for me. It takes a week for a response and usually not with a full answer. I would not recommend for a new author. Just not worth the frustration.
