I was really skeptical at first since I heard about this in a Facebook short. I spend a good amount of time with my advocate. He patiently answered every question that I asked.

I screwed up and didn’t add my wife to our work family plan. In saying this we had to go on the open market and start shopping. This isn’t fun it like a feeding frenzy out there. Then I filled out the request for information from American first and received a phone call from Jeremy Q. I knew this was different wright off the bat. His first words were how can I help you. I told him my problem and he said can we set up another meeting so I have time to do my homework and get you where you want to be. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ not like the rest.
Im so impressed with this company and absolutely recommend it to anyone who needs guidance navigating what healthcare policy is right for them. Its so refreshing to have personalized engagement from staff who you know genuinly care. Jeremy Q was such a joy to work worth-- super positive, knowledable and walked me and my husband thru our options. And the attention didnt stop once we signed on. Jeremy Q. was quick to answer questions I had after enrolling and my teenage daughter was able to navigate the Amaze app with no problems. It was easy, effortless and such a relief from what I had before. I know me and familiy of 5 are covered and in good hands and that means the world to us.
