my first impression of the service was that it was profesional and properly organised.There were a number of questions I had to ask about committing to it, and all of them were answered calmly and in detail. It was not about pressure but rather straightforward direction. The result of the process was what was discussed and this contributed to the creation of trust in the process.

I was a first-time writer so I was not sure of several things regarding the process of preparing my book to be published. The advice which I was given brought me down to some steps which could be managed. The explanations were easily understandable and reassuring hence making the experience seem far less overwhelming.
