Ms. Jennifer Domoracki was my agent at another company. Took me a little while to find her, but I did and I'm so excited! I wanted to find her so I could let her and her company know how wonderful she is. I called Amerigroup and was assured she is still our agent. So to her new company, bravo! She helped get my husband, James, into a plan with Amerigroup that has been fantastic. Jennifer is so thorough and helped me with deciding which benefits would best fit my husband's unique needs. She managed to find him groceries, a utility benefit, and an OTC benefit (even though we don't have Medicaid!). She checked all of his drugs (and there are many) and made sure all were covered. She made sure the one location he goes for ALL of his health care is covered by the plan. This was MOST important. Jennifer is kind, caring, understanding, patient, and thorough. She is an OUTSTANDING agent and since American Select Partner's had the wisdom to hire her I know they are an outstanding company. I'll be calling her during AEP just to review the plans for next year and I know her recommendation will be what is best for my husband.I recommend her and this company to Everyone I speak to about Medicare Advantage plans an switching/joining would be the best move they could make!!Thank you!

Mason Matthews was exceptionally helpful in getting my WellCare coverage increased with a “O” Premium each month that will help me with my monthly expenses which have been a struggle considering the cost of living from inflation over this past year. Also I need extensive oral surgery and treatments for my lymphoma (cancer) I was diagnosed with this year and my hope is that my out-of-pocket costs will be reduced so I can pursue the much needed healthcare through this better health plan. Mason was cordial, kind, understanding, and exceptionally helpful in providing assistance that will be helpful down the road in getting help and future concerns addressed by having a direct line and dedicated agent to work with. What a wonderful experience
This is something I haven’t had to do is deal with the particulars of healthcare. My ex wife took care of everything and I’m so glad that when I did call that I was connected with Ashlyne Huff as my agent. She made it so easy to understand everything I was getting in my plan. Also feel she went above and beyond to make sure I did understand and took her time to find a plan that works for me. I feel as if a big burden has been lifted off my shoulders witch is a good thing because I need surgery on one of my shoulders something else Ashlyne helped me with is finding an in network primary Dr and also a in network Surgeon. I wanted to do this review for my agent. I've had bad experience with WellCare customer service, transportation to get back and forth to my doctor's. My agent Mason has helped me with all my needs and concerns. He is the best agent I have had since I have been with WellCare. I am very ill at the moment Mason has helped me find a doctor. I'm talking into my phone for this text but I want Mason's boss to know that I have never had an excellent agent until now. Thank you Mason for being my agent.
