Excellent experience with AON Affinity Travel Insurance
Unfortunately due to a medical incident with my sister, my husband and I had to cancel our cruise as I am her primary caregiver. Thankfully we had AON Affinity Travel Insurance. We submitted our claim with the medical information form (very easy for the doctor to complete) as requested. Our claim was reviewed and processed so quickly and without any issues. Highly recommend AON for your travel insurance needs!!!

Quick and easy process and rapid response. Process was easy and was able to navigate easily. Wasn’t able to go on my cruise so was able to recover my deposit. Recommend getting travel insurance with them

Still waiting for my refund.was mailed on January 28 I received it last week and was voided by company and they will reissue another ckeck??my travel companion is having a difficult time getting her airfare refunded so all on all not happy when calling i have difficulty understanding the representative

Got my full amount refunded within 7 days for a 21 day trip to India that we had to cancel 3 days before departure on account of a health crisis by my wife. I just made sure to submit the full physician attestation with all details.

They are horrible with communication
They are horrible with communication; misleading as they have you chase after items that they aren’t going to cover. You are always dealing with a different person. Very unclear in what they want when they send you an email. Claim submission portal doesn’t work well, they always come back with they haven’t received paperwork. They pay very little for a lot of effort! Feels very much like a scam! Took almost a year for them to settle claim and I was very unhappy with what they covered.

Stupid Insurance Coverage
We bought the best travel insurance that Royal Caribbean offered. It happened to be Aon. They were useless in compensating us for 2 missed ports. Who cares if you loose luggage, you can buy new clothes to survive. You save for what you believe to be a vacation to remember and it is reduced to a bunch of extra day. Big Deal. The Captain sent us letters to submit to the Insurance Cos. for some type of compensation. The were rejected because that was not covered. Why in the world would a cruise company sell such worthless coverage...I suggest you do not waste your money using cruise recommended companies, the probably get a kick back...Shop your own and save!!!

I had to cancel a trip due to medical reasons. I recently submitted a claim to AON. They were prompt in sending an approval and payment. Customer service was helpful in giving direction and clarification. I was very pleased with the outcome.
