ApexCharger is 100% amazing!
Let me start by stating that the ApexCharger Mach3 is a state of the art charging unit. I had a few questions due to the fact I purchased my first EV, a 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S. I contacted ApexCharger support by phone and the representative was nothing less than attentive, professional and as knowledgeable as any rep I have ever spoken to on a customer support issue. The representative listened to all of my concerns and addressed every inquiry I had informatively. Two days later, I received a follow up phone call from another ApexCharger rep who followed up with the inquiries from my first phone call and even offered some further advice and suggestions pertaining to the charging unit and the app that I downloaded to my mobile device as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company and would highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of a quality EV charging unit.

It's an excellent, super-fast charger and I would definitely buy it again. The technical support is incredible, very quick and available at any time. The 30-feet cable makes charging easy, and the 5-year warranty is an added bonus.

Tonight I had an interaction with Andrew in customer service, and I felt compelled to share how exceptional he was.I had lost my RFID card and was initially told that the only way to get my charger working again was to order a new card through the mail. I was very disappointed, as I needed my charger working immediately. Andrew was pleasant, empathetic, and apologetic during our call, and we ended the conversation with no immediate solution.About 15 minutes later, Andrew called me back. He explained that he had continued thinking about my situation and had come up with one last option that might help. He walked me back out to my garage and patiently guided me step by step through the process. Despite my stumbling through opening the app, opening the wrong app, deleting it, and finally getting it right, Andrew remained calm, even-keeled, and genuinely patient.Most importantly, he truly cared about helping me out of a jam. That level of follow-through and customer care is something we don’t see very often these days. We needed a WiFi car charger for the power company rebate. The ApexCharger came out on top because of the longer cord and good reviews. The WiFi stopped working and the Apex Technology team were extremely helpful fixing the problem. They scheduled callbacks and were right on time. Long story short we could not be happier.

Amazing customer service & great product that works with Home Assistant
I have never had this level of customer service before! My call initially didn't connect, but they called back moments later. I also had a few rounds of questions about hardwiring via email, which they responded to within a few hours at every round. The amazing thing is that their email support is actually technical enough to offer detailed guidance for the special situation we have. The product works great and integrates with Home Assistant through the Tuya Local add-on by selecting the "afyeev_16a_evcharger" device type.

Assisting with phone app pairing to the Charger
Sent follow-up after purchase to ask if all went OK and to call if I had any issues from Euardo.Later, I did, in attempting to get the charger associated app to work with my phone and contacted Euardo by email again. Had a call within 10 minutes.I now know that it was Andrew that helped me through to successful completion of getting the app to work. For well over two hours of getting a 2.4Ghz frequency added to my 5Gz internet Wi-Fi as well as getting all the "Permission" straight on my phone. Throughout this frustrating ordeal, the helper whether from Eduardo or Andrew was totally patient with my phone operation ignorance as well as Ghz issues and stuck with me to a successful conclusion. Both individuals certainly lived up to company claim of "Exceptional Service" and are a credit to the company/

Apex charger is great and so is the support
Apex charger is great. Love my product as well as the product support behind it. Charger itself is of great quality and is packaged well. Love the digital display on the front of the unit. Cord length is long which allows me to put my car in different positions. If anything customer support is 5 stars. They get back to you asap.

Awesome charger
I purchased Apex Mach 2 ev charger at first I had trouble with the charger not charging. I called apex troubleshooting and they were great! I decided to send charger back for a full refund. After apex received the charger back they let me know that it was a software update error. I reordered the Mach 2 charger and it was an upgraded model I received the new charger and it worked perfectly I only charged at 40 amps but it can charge up to 48 amps please read instructions. Also Apex customer service was Awesome. I highly recommended this ev charger competitive price and works great.

Great Charger for the Price
One of the few chargers i could find with 30 ft cable. I was planning to install in garage and need a longer cable and it worked. Give me full 11.2kwh and can charge my car from 0 to full in little over 6 hrs. Support was also awesome as I've to reach out to them to confirm on wiring and they were very helpful.My only issue with this charger is the table is 2 thick so its not easy to handle. While i can find some tesla level 2 with a much thinner one.

Technical help was there immediately and they were very competent. My charger problem quickly diagnosed and determined that i needed an entire new unit. My call was made on a Friday afternoon and i received the replacement on Monday afternoon. I live on the east coast and the unit came from California! I could not have been more impressed. Talk about going above and beyond! This is how it is done my friends!
