I honestly still don’t understand why there seems to be a difference in how reviews are handled. I’ve shared my experience many times, & almost every time it was removed shortly after posting. There was usually no follow-up or request for clarification, which left me confused about what exactly was wrong with what I wrote. Still, I kept trying because I simply wanted to share my honest experience.What surprised me most was that when I changed the rating to one star, the review went live almost immediately. That made me question how the review system works & whether different ratings are treated differently. My intention has never been to unfairly affect any score. I only want to share my real experience in a fair & balanced way.The platform I’m talking about has genuinely made a positive difference in my life. It has helped me meet important responsibilities & improve my situation in ways I’m grateful for. Because of that, I believe my experience deserves to be heard just like any other.I’ve also noticed that some reviews focus heavily on directing readers elsewhere instead of simply sharing personal experiences. Everyone has the right to their opinion, of course, but I believe review spaces work best when people speak about their own experiences rather than comparisons or saying same thing in hundreds of platforms is questionable and appears to go against trust pilot’s review guidelines, yet such reviews remain visible even when it is obvious what is happening.I truly hope this message remains visible so readers can see different perspectives & decide for themselves. Transparency & consistency are important for any review platform, & I’m simply hoping for fairness in how reviews are handled.

Over the past month, my dad (aged 60+) has fallen victim to a crypto scam. Several months ago, he lost his job. Shortly after, he told me that a "friend" was talking to him about crypto. I warned him against investing money he can't afford to lose, let alone investing in crypto.Later, I found out that warning wasn't heeded. After some prying, I found that he's sent $100k+ dollars to a fake crypto trading website. This "friend" of his is also a woman who he regularly video chats with. The bulk of the money was sent via a known cryptocurrency exchange. I don't fully understand crypto transactions, but it looks like it hasn't been moved out of the scammer's wallet then.My dad was holding out hope that this isn't a scam and is still in contact with the scammer, but I've gotten him to agree not to send any more money. He wants to try to "withdraw" some portion of his account. I'm slowly coming to accept that we won't be able to recover anything.So, now what do I do?I called the adult protective services in his area (I live in a different state) to get their advice, and don't know yet what else I should be doing. I told him to cut contact with the scammer, but I suspect he didn't listen to me.I was really worried about his mental state after he accepts that money was truly gone. Moreover i don't feel equipped to help him through any feelings of guilt or shame from losing all this money and confiding in this "friend" (my mom currently doesn't know anything).So yeah, I was searching for solution before I video of an old friend living luxury. I msg him many times and after some days receive his reply and that's how I new about Apple cryptomining. Yet I was not convinced so he gave me 20k dollars and told me to forget about refund if it was a scam. That was a huge confidence for me to join without fear. I invested 19k dollars and held back 1000 lol.. based on how I got the money for a start, I was totally free and relaxed through the process. A week later, I received a warning letter about a system update happening from November 24th to 26th, specifically for my financial plan (!). They asked me to withdraw my balance, which was about $20. The minimum withdrawal was stated to be $50. The letter continued, saying that the funds in progress would be frozen due to the update (!) and I could only unfreeze them when I purchased the next financial plan, which has a minimum entry of $15,000. So, without paying a cent for the first plan, they already want $15,000 from me. So, to get my $100 back, I have to pay $15,000. I have a question for the esteemed TrustPilot: how could such a scammer company end up among the leaders in the mining industry?And they blocked me :) If you need confirmation, I'll send everything. I have screenshots showing the available balance and the status - blocked.Dear Trustpilot, I'm ready to discuss this with you and share my correspondence with them. They're still outraged... A thief should be in jail, not defrauding gullible citizens on a respected website!
