Very cheap and poorly built product for price. Broke within warranty period and was not replaced. Company no longer answering messages and main phone is disconnected.
Stay clear !!!!! Mine stopped functioning at 90 days . I attempted several times to return as it was within trial period and they went silent
This company is horrible. I ordered the tub and chiller in December of 2025. I still have not received it. I have reached out multiple times to customer service with no response. I tried cancelling to get my money back with no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE CRIMINALS!
Stay away from this company they are a complete scam and they will steal your money. They took my and they never sent anything. Now I have to sue. the emails set by them are full of lies and sarcasm. They don’t care level five thieves! stay away from them you’ve been warned
I am writing to formally express my serious concern and frustration regarding the complete lack of responsiveness on my open warranty claim for a faulty chiller starting back in mid December 2025. My last response has been January 8th, 2026 from your team. This is very frustrating. I initially contacted your customer service team regarding this issue and received acknowledgment and responses at the beginning of the claim process. However, since then, communication has abruptly stopped. Multiple follow-ups have gone unanswered, and I have been left without any update, resolution, or timeline. This level of silence is unacceptable—especially for a product that represents a significant financial investment. To add, I have also tried to reach out to your phone number that is listed on your website and it goes to an immediate automated system that tells you to leave a message and you then get a text message saying how can we help you. I never get a response back from the voice message. I leave or the text messages I respond to. I purchased this chiller with the expectation that Arctic Warrior would stand behind its product and honor its warranty obligations. At this point, that expectation has not been met. Your failure to communicate or provide a resolution reflects poorly on your company and your customer service standards. The issue was a P06 error code. I believe this code is a water flow issue. I noticed this as my tank emptied out and the chiller/pump still was running and then noticed there was a leak inside of the unit. The lack of response from this company is disgusting. It’s like they don’t even care just another online bot company selling product. You can’t even get a hold of their founders that they show on their website. They pride themselves on their warranty and bulletproofness but they don’t respond when you do need help or to file a warranty claim. Buyer beware, do not waste your money as their customer service will fail you if you have issues.
Water flow error. I purchased a 1 HP chiller and it came with a broken filter cap. This was eventually replaced and all was good. Then about 2-3 months after I started using the chiller I get a Water Flow Error. They send me some videos and at first it would startup and flow for about 8 hours, then 2 hours , now never. It is probably the water flow sensor. Arctic Warrior is not responding now and the phone number is no longer in service
If I could give it zero stars I would. We purchased our unit for a little over $3000 in 12/2024. The first one arrived in late January 2025 and was broken from the start! It leaked like a sieve. Customer support made us send videos of how we could fix it! We jumped through their hoops until they finally agreed it was not fixable and agreed to send a replacement. Months later, replacement arrives, works for about a month and breaks. Now they deny refund because we are past 100 days. We were only past 100 days because of their delays! Anyhow, jumped through the try and fix hoops again with customer service to finally again be told it was unfixable and replacement will be sent. Replacement did arrive, months later and again worked for maybe two months this time then broke. Same hoops and now since August 2025 we have been waiting for a replacement. Every month I get a generic email thanking me for my patience, but no updates on when replacement will ship. Here I am in January 2026 still waiting for my replacement and no response to my emails. They got my money though so I will probably never hear from them again.
Everything started out great, really loved the unit and its ability to be placed outdoors year-round. That is where the problem started, the engineering for freeze protection is not well thought out. The circulator pump to prevent freezing only circulates in part of the unit leaving other vulnerable parts exposed. The one way valve on the ozone circuit freezes open and floods the ozone generator with water, destroying it. The company replaced the one-way valve, but refused to replace the ozone generator.

Way better than the DIY barrel I had. Uses far less ice and actually keeps 5–6°C steady.
The chiller stopped working after one month. I got the total run around from customer service. Their engineers are in China and do not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I paid extra for the warranty, and six months after I purchased the chiller, the water pump broke. It has been extremely painful trying to get them to reply to emails or return phone calls. They are blatantly ignoring me, even though I purchased the extended warranty. I am going on four months without a working chiller. When you call, you speak to the same gentleman who gives you the same answer, saying that the item has shipped, but he doesn't have tracking information. I've been told for three months that the item has shipped, and nothing is here. I would stay away from this company and spend a little extra with a more reputable company. I am extremely unhappy and doing everything in my power to prevent anyone from experiencing what I am going through.
I had the cold plunge for 16 months and it worked for 1 month. Today I am stuck with a broken cooling unit the manufacture will not or cannot fix due to their horrible service engineers in China. Do not make the same mistake I did! Order from a company with service in the states with a staff that speaks English and committed to repairing their product!!!!
I ordered the 1.5 HP chiller on 8-13-25 and it showed up damaged. The chiller leaked all over the floor as soon as it was turned on so we contacted the company, they said it could be normal condensation. If that's normal, it's not going to work for me, so I requested a return. They said I needed to video it leaking before they would honor their policy. I had already boxed the unit for return and told them I was not willing to set it back up to show them their damaged equipment and they have a 100 day return policy so let's use that. I was told no problem it will be handled. They do not communicate or do what they say. Terrible customer service. I'm still waiting for a response and have $2421.00 dollars tied up on this terrible experience.

Customer support staff has been very good to deal with after receiving my 1.5HP chiller. Would definitely order again.
EDIT AFTER REPLY: Unfortunate and convenient my order cannot be located, odd that I would have over a dozen emails with the Arctic Warriors customer service team about my order. And I was NEVER informed the order would ship split. When I received half the order and asked was the first I was told of it. While I am fine waiting for the rest to arrive, I assume that by October I would have the rest of an order placed in July. When over 50% of reviews are 1 star and call out scam, it's a SCAM. What a scam! I ordered a chiller and the maintenance kit from them. The chiller arrived direct from China and works fine, although not anything impressive. But the maintenance kit was a scam. They sent only the filters, none of the chemicals. They refused to provide tracking for weeks. When I disputed the charge with my CC company they sent fraudulent tracking information to the CC company attempting to show a delivery that didn't happen. They also lied about communications saying I didn't respond to attempts to communicate form them, which I was able to prove untrue.STAY AWAY!! Mid-Level products at best and they are unethical scammers.

Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge Purchase Date: July 3, 2025 I purchased the Arctic Warrior Cold Plunge on July 3, 2025, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I placed the order, I confirmed over the phone with a company representative that I was purchasing the full product, not just the chiller. However, I only received the chiller. When I reached out to customer service, management insisted that the recorded call did not include this discussion — essentially implying that I was being dishonest. I then had to pay an additional fee to receive the rest of the full package I believed I had already purchased. For the next two months had issues with the unit displaying error code. I was asked to send photos and videos, which became very time-consuming and frustrating. I eventually discovered that changing the filter seemed to fix the issue — but this was through my own troubleshooting, not any helpful support from the company. Additionally, the representative had told me that the unit included both heating and cooling functions, but it only chills. When I asked to exchange it for the model I was originally thought I was buying, I was first told it would be possible — then later told it wasn’t. Management again claimed to have recordings that contradicted me. The chiller also fails to maintain the set temperature. It continues to cool past the selected temperature, and the company once again requested that I provide a video to prove this — which is an unreasonable and impractical request. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak directly with a manager, but the manager refuses to communicate by phone and will only respond by email. This makes resolving any issue a drawn-out, frustrating process. Ultimately, we’ve decided to return the unit. Despite the website advertising “no hidden fees” and “no need for original packaging,” the company charges a fee and states it requires the original box. At this point, we’re returning the product anyway — not because of the product alone, but because of the horrendous customer service and lack of accountability. We cannot in good conscience continue to support this company, even if it means losing a few hundred dollars in return fees. I will not recommend Arctic Warrior to anyone. The Arctic Warrior Ice Bath has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. For a product that costs several thousand dollars of hard-earned money, the company’s approach is unacceptable. The manager will only communicate via email, which leads to long delays and frustrating back-and-forth with no genuine attempt to resolve issues. Their advertising claims a “100% risk-free purchase”, but that’s misleading — if you’re not satisfied, they charge a return fee of several hundred dollars. That is not what most people would consider risk-free. Given the poor communication, lack of accountability, and misleading return policy, I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
