The website is all but impossible to navigate. After I spent an hour finding a simple 8 1/2 x 11 letter size frame, I spent another hour trying unsuccessfully to check out. By this time, it was past their business hours, so the next day I was able to chat. It turns out, Paypal doesn't work with my browser on their website. The chatroom "help" person suggested I use another browser, phone in my card number, or any number of "helpful" options. I said I would prefer to change my frame vendor rather than change my way of doing business.I soon found another seller who had a similar frame at a similar price and a much easier way of taking my money.
