Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs!I don’t usually write reviews, but this company deserves a warning sign in big red letters. The delivery quality is absolutely awful — unprofessional, sloppy, and borderline insulting. Items arrived late, damaged, and with zero care or communication.In the beginning, they talk sweet, act all friendly, and confidently promise a “100% satisfaction guarantee” with a refund if you’re not happy. Don’t fall for it — it’s a complete joke. Once they have your money, good luck ever hearing from them again, let alone getting a refund. It’s a scam disguised as customer service.People need to stay away from this business. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money — go anywhere else.

I've been burned three times with ghostwiting/editing companies, so I'm cautious to screen editors and get references. I want local talent as my genre is 1750's colonial America. AH referenced one book available on Amazon. AH said the author agreed to speak with me. His photo and bio are on Amazon. We had a two minute or less chat as he was busy. I was surprised the fellow had a heavy foreign accent... I'm guessing from India. THE CATCH: Amazon bio photo shows an older Caucasian man. His bio reads..."My experiences as a stockyard worker, bank teller, military veteran, journalist, editor/co-publisher of a city magazine, and journalism professor contributed to writing this book." The book is on the Gilded age in America which is why I favored this potential author as a reference. I don't believe the fellow on the phone was the author of the book referenced on Amazon.I called my AH guy back. He stuck with his story and said I had a problem. This is my fourth bad experience with so-called ghostwriter/editor companies masking off shore workers as local talent. Be cautous and check your references carefully.
