BEWARE!! Concerns regarding price changes and carrier safety standards
This company appears to operate under many names. If you go to their website, autocarship.com, at the bottom of the page it clearly states "© 2026 Auto Car Ship LLC. Auto Car Ship LLC is a registered trade name of Auto Haul Express LLC. All rights reserved."I had a frustrating experience with Auto Haul Movers. I was initially quoted $400 for vehicle transport and paid a $150 reservation fee. However, once the deposit was paid, the price changed significantly. I was told a 'reputable' carrier would cost $900, while a $700 option was presented for a carrier that I was informed did not have valid insurance and had prior damage claims. While the company has since refunded my $150 deposit, the initial pricing process felt misleading, and I was uncomfortable with the carrier options provided. I would recommend others carefully review all terms and carrier details before committing.Why would a legitimate broker even have an uninsured, high-damage carrier in their network, let alone offer them as an option to a customer? This is a high-pressure scare tactic designed to bully you into paying double the original quote.I cancelled my order via email as per their contract, and they are now illegally withholding my refund. I have filed a formal complaint with the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database. Save yourself the stress and the money—go with a company that has actual integrity. They are professional liars.

Horrible experience told time and time again they where lining up a driver then would not hear anything back then suddenly ask for more money I believe they are scammers don’t trust them

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
MY mother had a terrible experience with this moving company and want to warn others before they lose their money like we did. They initially gave me a quote, we agreed on a price, and everything seemed fine — until they suddenly tried to raise the price THE DAY OF PICK UP!!! When I refused, they pressured me to sign a contract with terms I never agreed to.They currently have my money and refuse to give it back, no matter how many times we reach out. Their support team is completely unhelpful and shows zero concern for resolving the issue. It’s clear they have no intention of returning my payment or honoring their original agreement.This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and operates like a scam. Save yourself the stress do not use this moving company.Alex was the name of the employee that made this to be the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. -0 STARS

Legit company. Excellent service
As anyone knows looking to ship cars there are so so many scams out there. All I can do is speak for my own experience, I worked with John Cooper, he contacted me right away. It was not a super low bid but most of those turned out to be scams, and it was not the highest, it was a good price. They ended up picking up the car the same day and delivered it the next day from Minnesota to Wisconsin. No issues whatsoever, good communication. The whole time. I had done a little homework and looked up their company and even called it to make sure he worked for them and so forth and looked up Google reviews and other reviews and the company had a very high rating. I was quite stressed out. Worried about getting scammed but in my experience with John and this company this time, it was perfect. Thank you so much!

Great customer service
Great customer service. I was able to communicate with Auto Haul Movers by phone or via chat. They always responded and were very helpful. If they couldn’t answer my question right away, they got back to me very quickly. I was informed when the driver was picking up my car and delivering it. My car was picked up from New Jersey on a Wednesday and delivered to Florida on Friday. They texted me and sent me an email.My only negative is that I wish the driver would give me a better heads-up on the exact time of drop-off or when he was running late to pick it up. Other than that, everything was great. They kept their word on the pricing—no hidden fees at all. Plus, there are many options to pay the driver upon delivery.I would definitely recommend Henry and Auto Haul Movers, and if I need to, I will use them again. Thank you!
