I was told the main board inside the seat cushion had failed. I immediately contacted support, trusting the “3-year warranty.”Their response: wait up to 60 days for a replacement seat cushion.Day 90 — SilenceAfter nearly two months, there was still no replacement. When I contacted support again, I received no response for weeks.Day 104 — Copy-Paste RepliesEventually, two different agents replied with the exact same message:“We are still awaiting confirmation from our local support team regarding your case.”No updates. No timeline. No real help.Day 117 — Still NothingMore messages sent. Still no response. No replacement. No resolution.My honest conclusion:This has been extremely disappointing. I am extremely disappointed, it's a shinny scam!
I am extremely disappointed with my purchase.The chair I received is not the same as advertised. The quality is very low, and despite ordering the Ultra 2, I was sent what appears to be the Ultra 1 model instead. The lumbar support is not adjustable and does not have the button shown in the product photos. The headrest cushion is also not adjustable, contrary to what is advertised.On top of that, after just one day of use, the chair started making noises from multiple parts.I contacted customer service requesting either a full refund or a replacement (to receive the correct Ultra 2 model or the proper adjustable lumbar feature). However, I have received no response regarding either a refund or a replacement.The quality is extremely poor, and the experience has been very disappointing. Based on this, I won't recommend buying from this website.

Purchased the M6 gaming chair as a gift. The person I purchased it for received another chair and did not want this one, based on the poor reviews. I guess I should have done better research as well. They had to pay roughly $250 to return the chair almost a month ago, the company received the chair 10 days ago, and still no refund credited. Do NOT do business with this company

I’m very disappointed with this company’s handling of my order. The chair I purchased arrived damaged due to shipping, and the process to resolve the issue has been extremely slow. I expected better customer service and a faster resolution. It shouldn’t take this long to make things right when the damage was not the customer’s fault. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and has lowered my confidence in ordering from this company again.

This company lives out of good marketing. That's it. If that's what you are buying, you are in the right place!If you are looking for a chair, then this is not what you are looking for. Made a purchase with them based on their description on the website, which stated that the chair was fit to people up until 1.90cm tall. That is literally my height and, when I sit on the chair, my back hits the headrest. Asked them to return the product. They stalled me just enough (saying that they were waiting for the local partners to provide the return instructions) for my PayPal dispute to be refused, since the item wasn't returned within 10 days. I am opening a filesuit against them in the European Court but I wanted to warn others. Do not trust this company!

No delivery after a month
Ordered the M6 Ultra with heating, cooling and massage. It has been over a month now, but the chair is still not delivered. Contact with customer service is BAD. Answers are automated and the issue is not solved.

Horrible customer service take for ever to respond to anything I ordered the M6 ultra got a message like a week later telling me they were out of stock and gave a me a few option refund get a G7 or the M6 pro after a bout 20 emails back and forth over 3 weeks I settled on a G7 got the shipping notice last Wed Jan 21 got the chair today Jan 26 so ok delivery time but it's the wrong dam chair they sent me a M6 so now waiting to hear back soni can send it back and they can send the right chair this has been almost a month too this point for date I ordered it and by the time it gets sent back and they send the right one i am sure it will be 2 months ( edit now after another 3 weeks still have not had any reply from them so now have had to file a charge back from my credit card company these guys are running a huge scam)

Review:I am writing this second review because my experience with AutoFull has become incredibly frustrating.Initially, I was happy with my gaming chair. The product itself is good, and the company did help me fix two minor issues early on. However, their "30-day price guarantee" and customer service have been a nightmare.I contacted them multiple times within the 30-day window to claim the price guarantee. They ignored my emails and only replied after 40 days, claiming it was now "too late." After my first Trustpilot review, they reached out and promised a specific compensation amount to fix their mistake. Unfortunately, they only sent less than half of the agreed amount.I have full documentation for the entire process, including screenshots of our correspondence and proof of the specific compensation amount we agreed upon.Communication is nearly impossible. It feels like they are using Google Translate, as they constantly misunderstand simple messages. Furthermore, they only reply during Chinese business hours, making the process extremely slow.It is a shame because the chair is actually good, but the customer service and the way they handle their own guarantees are unprofessional. I have given up on trying to get what I was promised. Buy the chair for the quality, but do not expect any reliable support or honesty regarding their price guarantee.

Poor customer service, already regretting this purchase. placed order on 25/12/25 yes I know it was xmas so did not expect delivery to be 24 hours, but they stated the order will be delivered by the 02/01/26 or 03/01/26 happy with that, received notification that parcel has been dispatched so looking good and had a courier email with tracker number but then next day 02/01/26 no update but an email from courier end of the day saying they had not received the parcel, chased via email that Friday but still on writing this no actual reply, chir has now turned up on 06/01/26, but is missing at the bag that was meant to be with it, so chased via email and direct chat no response, so pretty much can work out that if goes faulty or have any issues don't expect any support or help with any faults or issues once they have your money.

After a solid month with the M6 chair, I'm thoroughly impressed. The assembly was straightforward, the ventilation function is great, and the adjustable lumbar support is perfect for long sessions. I had a question about the armrests, and the customer service team was fantastic. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful which made the whole experience even better. This chair is really solid. I got the AutoFull gaming chair about a month ago for working from home and some evening gaming. The first thing I noticed was how heavy and stable it is – the materials feel thick and durable, not cheap at all.The adjustable lumbar support actually works, which is a big plus for my back. The armrests move in all directions, which is handy. It was pretty easy to put together, took me maybe 20 minutes.For the price, I'm impressed. Poor communication and customer service.
Never heard from manufacturer until a week after my chair arrived. They tried telling me it was on the way, but I had already ready received it and requested a return RMA. They have offered my 2 small money refunds, but I said no and just wanted to return the chair because I don't find it comfortable. Now they are just ignoring me.

Misrepresentation of delivery & refusal to refund
I ordered a chair with home delivery to Ireland, which I paid for in full. I did not agree to collection in Germany.After more than four weeks, the chair has still not been shipped. I was then informed that the item is supposedly located in Germany, which directly contradicts the delivery service sold to me at checkout. Customer service has been largely unresponsive.When I requested a refund due to non-delivery, I was told that a refund would only be issued after the item is delivered back to their warehouse, despite the fact that the item was never delivered to me in the first place.This is unacceptable and contrary to EU consumer rights, which allow cancellation and refund when a seller fails to deliver as agreed.I would strongly caution others before ordering

Terrible experience
I bought the chair on their website, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered it on December 7th, and they never got back to me despite me contacting customer service. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, so I filed a dispute on December 12th. The company responded on December 19th, providing a tracking number, which was obviously fake since there was no information on their website and I hadn’t received any communication from them. I sent all the evidence of their false claim to PayPal, and the case was resolved in my favor within 30 minutes. I could have bought it on Amazon for a lower price, but I don't want to give money to such an unreliable company, and if I have any issues with the chair in the future, I'm sure the customer support will be nonexistent. Don’t waste your money.
