They sent the wrong transmission. They made it extremely difficult and expensive to exchange it for the correct transmission and won’t honor their offer/warranty policy to get a refund. Their mistake cost me thousands of dollars now they won’t return emails and they seemingly refuse to honor their own terms. STAY AWAY!FYI- Their A+ BBB rating only means they respond to complaints not that the they resolve them.
RIP OFF! I purchased a 700R4 for a 68 Chevelle and they send me a newer model Computerized Transmission from a Late Model GMC Truck. They want to charge me for restocking and delivery fees. Even with a letter from the reputable repair shop they the transmission is computerized. I stopped payment on the card and they said they will fight the charge-back. Also the transmission that arrived had a tag on it saying it was from a Camaro. They asked me to sign false documents to start a refund process. I declined. I said he was running a scam company for not issuing a refund. He threatens me even after admitting the wrong part was sent. I bought a transmission from a different company and the transaction went smooth.
They are as good as dealership for the used parts and we were doing business with them for yearsWe highly recommend these guys
