If I could give it no stars I would

If I could give it no stars I would. Got sold a car with supposedly new mot that it never should have got through. Broke down on way home they had car back and said it was fixed. Broke down again had back for over 2 weeks. Said was fixed and if it wasn’t we could have our money back. Broke down again was told we couldn’t have money back but could exchange for another car. The ones he offered us were worth more than £2000 pound less than what we paid for the car we purchased. Went through court and was awarded our money back but the company changed into someone else’s name, do we never received it. Funny enough it’s now changed back. Avoid this company like the plague

Disaster.

Should this company ever raise their head again.Just don't! Think of everything that is wrong with the secondhand Car Industry.....the Director has the lot.

Whatever you do

Whatever you do, do not pay a "hold to view deposit" because if you don't make a decision within hours, you won't get it back if you decide not to buy the car.Went to loads of other dealers who were all very professional and reputable, except Autos Direct who are an absolute cowboy car dealership.

Never go near this car company

Never go near this car company ! Complete rip off and scammers..I was paying over the odds for a van which I was told was immaculate and had to leave a deposit despite not seeing it because of COVID I asked to send me photos which took a week to arrive only to be disappointed . I was told if I didn’t like the van I could get a refund 8weeks later still no refund 😡 scammers!! Should be ashamed of yourself,s

left a deposit on a Suzuki Jimny for my daughter and it passed an MOT prior to me viewing it with a huge number of serious things needing attention for an "immaculate example" at top money, i excercised my right to a refund with them as they had stipulated i could if i did not like the car and was told to get lost - you can view the cars issues on the .gov website for MOT history its reg is NU08CDF -tell me if you'd pay £5450 for this car please -now going legal to recover my deposit -buyer beware, these guys have no communication ability and sell misdescribed cars
