Could not have asked for a better buying experience. from the time I called and spoke with my sales person Fisher. He was a breath of fresh air from previous high pressure sales that I thought was the norm. Fisher helped figure out what I wanted and the best product to fit that need. The entire staff was customer focused and willing to provide exceptional customer service. Thank YOU Fisher
Ok - This dealership is getting renovated and fixing the 'look' - But I want to focus on the Service Dept. These folks service my 2017 GMC Canyon (5-star truck BTW), and when I first went here for initial service, I almost drove away. Yes - it looks horribly run-down. BUT - Holy smoke, the service guys and gals (I was met by, addressed and updated by no less than 4 people) are TERRIFIC! I've been there 3 times now, 2 regular maintenance, 1 small warranty item - And they've always been great. They are super accommodating and I plan to lease my replacement truck from them next year.
