Returns are impossible
I bought three flower girl dresses, all of which were the wrong size, so I’ve tried to return them and it’s impossible. What a waste of money. Only buy from here if you’re sure you’ll keep the item.

Don’t use, bad customer service/returns
The delivery was ok, sizing on one was ok but the other 2 dresses were too big. I have sent 1 back and after paying a ridiculous amount to send it back and then they decided to take the shipping cost from sending me the dresses (which was free because I’d spent over the free shipping cost) and then apparently customs cost on the way back, I’m barely getting anything back. The 2nd dress I wanted to send back, they offered me £30 refund and 20% off the next purchase which would be ok so I accepted the offer.Now getting back the refunds from both dresses is an entirely different thing. When they eventually decide to answer my emails and there have been many, they constantly keep asking me to accept the refunds, which I reply yes too but nothing, I am still waiting. They are now also telling me they didn’t offer me £30 and 20% off for keeping the 2nd dress even though there is an email trail with it all on. I would not recommend this company at all, stay well away. 18/2 - had another email on both orders today. The reply is the same on both orders. Now sayingithey will pay £30 compensation only. Despite saying I’d get £62 for the one I returned and £30 compensation to keep the 2nd one. This company is an absolute joke. Also was threatened to take down my reviews, absolutely no chance till I get the money I’m owed. 20/2 - no reply to my emails now at all. I will bombard them till I get it.

I was so worried about buying a dress…
I was so worried about buying a dress due to all of the people saying it wasn’t good quality or it didn’t come. But I ordered it and it was exactly how I wanted it. I was in between two sizes and I was nervous, so with a free custom sizing it was Perfect! For anyone who is worried like I was I think it will be okay!!

Don't do it
In September, I ordered several dresses with expedited shipping, paying an extra € 50. The dresses arrived late, making them no longer needed. I was given two options: keep the dresses with a €70 compensation (on a total order over €300) or return everything while covering both return and customs fees myself. The latter is not in accordance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the package was required to be returned to China, despite the website ending in .fr, which is misleading.During the return process, I was encouraged to declare a false low value (€30 instead of €300), which I refused. I chose to declare the full value, yet the package has now been stuck at customs for an extended period without clear updates or resolution. I suspect that Babaroni is refusing to cover the customs fees, which is why the package remains stuck. The company fails to proactively update me on the status. I must always send follow-up emails, yet there is no resolution or clear information from their side. This experience demonstrates a lack of transparency and proper handling. I cannot recommend this service at all.

Not worth the cost
The material is quite nice, it's breathable. But the sizing seems a little off with a stiff bodice. Decent quality dress but don't believe it's worth the cost.

Ordered a pair of shoes with a pearl…
Ordered a pair of shoes with a pearl strap - the strap wasn’t long enough to wrap around my ankle so I requested to send the shoes back and have a refund. The company offered me 90% of my money back and also wanted to charge me double the shipping fee! When I challenged this, I was offered a swap which I don’t want after my experience so far.The shoes are poorly designed and now I will miss out financially. Do not order from here

I was a little nervous about this purchase, but it arrived on time, and it is very lovely for the price point. It was a gift for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it. I can’t speak to how it will hold up with much use, yet, but it is well made as far as I can tell and fits her very nicely. Thank you!

Good experience
Ordered a custom size and asked for the split leg to be removed. Everything turned out right! The particular dress I bought was a little heavy with extra material, however, it was fine to wear for a couple hours.

Bought a dress for my flower girl and…
Bought a dress for my flower girl and it ran small. I needed a bigger size. They make it almost impossible to return. You have to pay for international shipping, no return label provided. Then they take a restocking fee and original shipping cost out of your refund.

So happy with my dress!
This is the second dress I have bought from Babaroni. The quality is great, the dress is elegant, and I love that it has pockets!! The necklace and earring set I ordered were also lovely and high quality for the price. Very happy with my purchase!
