The food quality is not very good... The pork tenderloin and turkey sausage was rubbery, egg-based breakfast entrees were watery, in general, just unappetizing food. You'll lose weight because you won't finish your meals! fruit sides (honey peaches, spiced apples) are half-cooked, being both crunchy and rubbery at the same time. I would not recommend bistroMD.

I used bistroMD for a few weeks I tried to cancel multiple times. I was 1 day past the deadline to pick your meals but the order was not going to ship for 4 days. When I tried to explain to them that I did not want the meals as it is not worth 15 dollars a meal, and I couldn't really afford it. The customer service person had no response besides their pre typed responses telling me I was too late. These are frozen meals... So you would think they could keep the meals that were in my order frozen and send them to the next customer as everyone has the same menu options. They have zero compassion for people and over charge and have no wiggle room. Will not be using again, customer service is one of the most important things to me, HelloFresh for example has great customer service all around.
The food is wonderful. It helps me tremendously as I have Lupus, making the especially rough days easy for meal time. Thank you, CG.
Food arrived rotten. Unlike previous frozen food delivery I tried, they seem to have done the barely minimum to try and keep the food frozen. Package was in transit for several days in middle of the summer. That combined with poor packaging and lack of effort resulted in everything inside being spoiled. Try to cancel it as soon as it arrived however 1 week anticipation isn’t enough apparently so bare in mind that if you want to try it for a week they are practically gonna force you to go with it for at least an extra week. I’ve also tried to leave a bad review on their website however they seem to filter them out so it was never was posted and oddly enough there isn’t any 1 star or stars reviews showing up there.
I love Balance by BistroMD. This site always has wonderful discounts on their high quality meals and snacks. Amazing products and amazing service !
food is delicious! fast delivery and great packaging .. the food is still frozen when I receive it! please bring back the cartelized onion mushroom ..my most favorite meal!!

The food is good but too expensive. Why don't you give out some promotional discounts for people who buy large volumes?
I have limited my orders (for the time being) to breakfasts so my review is for the Ham and Egg Scramble with Cinnamon Apples. It is my absolute favorite and I usually order 15-20 at a time. Fast processing and delivery with delicious food every time! Thank you!
My husband had a near fatal heart attack and a family member who is an ICU nurse told us of your food delivery. For the past 3 months, we have truly enjoyed your delicious and healthy meals. We have increased the number of meals we receive weekly. Compared to other food delivery services, your extensive selection is refreshing. Daily, we look forward to eating healthy.
Most of your food has too much black (and white), proper in EVERYTHING; so unfortunately I eat the same meals every week..,gets boring after awhile.
Food is pretty good for frozen meals. Broccoli is usually a little overcooked. Good to have these meals to rely on.

I enjoy many of the meal options that are provided by BistroMD. There are a variety of diet plans and there is an option to exchange an item if you are scheduled to receive something you don't like. Also, the food is delivered within a couple of days of ordering.
