They sent the wrong item and did not respond to repeated attempts to contact. They also do not ship directly but use another company to do this. I eventually had to get a refund through Paypal and still have not heard from Beautiful Homes Direct
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYI did not receive my order left messages on their answerphone never received a call back no response to my email. I had to ask my credit card company to get my money back for me.
Dont buy from this company , They denied all knowledge of an order that was purchased on their website and payment was made with paypal (fortunately) they would have sent an email confirming payment made dispatch order
Fantastic.I ordered a Stoneglow reed diffuser on 15/04/2020 it arrived 3 days later and there was no p+p charge I also received a 10% off my next purchase voucher....thank you.:-)
