Utterly fantastic

Utterly fantastic. I was trying to buy a subscription for my daughters birthday, but was managing to make a real dogs dinner of it (my fault entirely). Emailed BeerBods and received not just a prompt reply, but a reply from a human (Ben) who helped me no end, and then a further email from Ellie to check I was happy with everything. My daughter - something of a beer snob - chose her selection and is well chuffed with the beers she received. Great customer service, great beer, happy daughter. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a gift for the beer lover in your life

Terrible value and a misleading offering

Their web site intentionally hides the fact you only get one case even though it is a two month membership. BeerBods don't even tell you what you are getting for your money. My case arrived with a single bottle and 5 miserable little cans. Completely overpriced at over £4 a pint. Have used lots of other beer sites that offer a good value and honest service. They all provide good craft ales so give this one a miss

Really good service

Really good service. I ordered the gift subscription as a birthday present nearly a month a go, but must have misplaced the email I was sent with a voucher code to send to the recipient. I emailed, hoping, but not expecting they would be able to help me. However I received exactly what I needed back within a few minutes and with the run up to Christmas I was really impressed! Would recommend!
