Although I did not receive the product as described and expected, the response to my request for a refund was very fast, courteous and quickly resolved to my satisfaction.

MUST be a scam! Shame on ME.
MUST be a scam. When I "shopped" the site and walked away, I immediately heard from "someone" asking about my interest. I ordered. DID NOT get what I ordered ... something looking similar but not addressing with the issue I was requiring. Heard from a "person" then they disappeared. It's been months. Have GOT to get on with my life. Been "hoping" since February. There is a special place in the afterlife for peeps like them.

They sent a product that was not listed…
They sent a product that was not listed nor pictured. They copied a picture from another site and made it seem that they were selling it.I reached out to them to return it and never heard back.Stay away from this site.

Do not order from this company or go into their site. Because of this I was charged $27.95 on my credit card which is now in dispute. Tried to e-mail them but site will not accept my e-mail address. Received no confirmation from them for this charge.BEWARE of this company in China.

This company will GHOST you
I WISH I would have investigated this company more. They sent me a defective glo mask, I wanted to return, they offered to give me 50% exchange to keep the defective mask (it worked 4 out of 7 colors) I declined, wanting a new mask that works like advertised. Then, Alice offered me a new mask IF I agreed this was the last and only time I could return (of course promising it would work, uh huh sure) I would not agree to those terms and asked for a full refund. They will NOT return my email inquiries (been dealing with Alice) They are ghosting me. On Facebook, they allow no comments to be seen. They are shady.

This is the worst company I have ever…
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Please don't buy anything from them. I ordered Slim Beauty device that wasn't working properly, and they didn't want to return money, they finally agreed to returning 70% of the price, although it was not my fault that their device isn't working. I don't think this is legit company, be careful and buy products elsewhere.

Crooked company
Crooked company! This company pretends to be based in the US, until you want to return anything, then they suddenly have their return warehouse located in China and so not want to deal with the return. The company tries to offer a small discount for the consumer to keep the product instead of returning it. When you don’t accept this ridiculous offer, the company ignores emails requesting to still get their return address. I’m currently filed a claim against the company and hoping i will eventually get my refund. Be warned about anything from this company.

This is totally a scam
This is totally a scam, I agree with all bad comments. I purchased a knife set and realized my credit card statement there is an international transaction fee than I received order tracking and it is shipped from CHINA!!! when I write back to CS, they informed me that they ship from CHINA due to warehouse...etc all lies. I requested my money back, they did not. Guys, open a dispute to your bank to receive back your money and report fraud this website to Federal Trade Commission and Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). I will fight with them till I receive my money back and ban their website.

A total scam site
A total scam site. I purchased what was advertised as a brand name product. Instead of receiving what I purchased, I received a cheap reproduction in different packaging that was not even close to what I thought I had ordered. I am happy that I was able to receive a refund, but the company was able to keep the money I spent and is making tons scamming customers. I have email after email of lies from them. The company’s site says that it is in the USA, it’s not. The “company” is in China. I asked them why, and the scammer told me that they had to use the China warehouse because of high demand. They sell you the cheap item, mail it, tell you that they’ll give you 15% off to save you from the hassle of returning it to China if you realize what’s going on/question them... Why couldn’t we just mail it to the California address? Because it doesn’t exist. It was hard to play dumb. I have a lot more of their lies received via email that I could share. What they are doing is terrible!! I hope that others see my review of the site and STAY AWAY. I really don’t want others to be taken advantage of and for them to earn another dishonest cent.

Customer service is very helpful
I bought a moon lamp from Be Healthy Be Loved for my girlfriend. Since my girlfriend's birthday was coming soon, I asked if they could use a faster shipping method. The customer service was very responsive and they shipped out the product in a few hours after I placed the order. And I received it a few days before my girlfriend's birthday. My girlfriend likes the lamp so much. The product works as described. Overall, I had a great shopping experience.

Don't trust them, awful products.
I ordered a head pillow from them and when I received it it smelled HORRIBLE. It filled my whole living room with the stench and even after leaving it outside to air out on my clothes line it still smelled horrible. I asked them to return it or get a refund, I didn't care either way because I couldn't use it, and they said they needed photographic proof of the SMELL. I sent them a photo of it back in its original packaging because what else could I send them as proof of smell. They said it wasn't good enough and stopped responding to me so I never got my money back. I've even tried washing it about 5 times so far now that I have to keep it and all that did was make my washer smell like the pillow. Awful product, don't trust them.

SCAM!!!!!!
This was a scam. They were using original manufacturers content and scammed many people. Then they deleted that post with all the negative comments. A quick research told me that they are based in HongKong/China. I think that they also operate from another website called shopperholiday.comGuys please save your money and REPORT them to BBB. I've done so!BEWARE!

Ordered the Air Grip Pillow..
I ordered the Air Grip Pillow back on April 7 and it took until May 27 to get the pillow as it came from China. I slept on it for three nights and it killed my neck. I contacted this company within the 60 day return window telling them my issue and that I would like to return the pillow for a refund as I was not satisfied because it was causing worsening neck pain. At first I would get a response from them, but after saying they would forward my request to their finance department, I have heard nothing. I even made two attempts to contact them since then with no response. Buyer beware.

This company took $89. OUT OF MY ACCOUNT CAN SOMBODY TELL ME WHO THIS COMPANY IS !!!
Can somebody please explain to me what this be healthy food website is there was an $89 charge on my credit card and I've never ever ever been on this site have no clue what it is and it's hell trying to get through to somebody and I had to post a Facebook post to even send my concerns i can find an email to send my letter to. They had no right to take that out of my account I don't even know who they are can somebody please explain who they are to me or tell me something thank you

Ordered early April, finally arrived end of July
Revising my original review from one star to two, as my order finally arrived—almost four months later. I had to email the company repeatedly, and each time received strangely worded replies claiming the package was in various places, accompanied by sketchy tracking links that didn’t work. Two days after I posted my one-star review, my order arrived. It’s as described and seems like it will do an adequate job (would probably give the product three stars if reviewing separately), but I wouldn’t order from this site again.

Damaged products and no comminication
After waiting over a month for my order to be shipped, it finally arrived damaged and completely unusable due to being packaged incorrectly for the type of product.I contacted the customer support and they were of no help and insisted that my order was still in customs (even though their own website tracking showed it as being delivered).They refused to offer any kind of replacement or refund and stopped replying to emails after a couple of days.Avoid this seller and save your money!

Scam! Stay away
Do not trust their site! They are a scam and won't replace or refund for malfunctioning products. You will just loose your money. Besides they advertise as official nourish Belle retailer when nourish Belle confirms they have no retailers. Total scam
