These folks were very accommodating in every respect. I wanted to order a dining table and chairs but not until they were all available. Talked with Dimitry and he said table on backorder for a month. That entire month he kept me updated by email. When all were available, I paid him over the phone. He had entire dining table and 8 chairs delivered within 3 weeks. (Their store is in NY and I am in TN). He even worked with delivery person to have it delivered on my schedule. The items were packed well and exactly as described.I will use them again and highly recommend.
