I wouldn't recommend dealing with Jivar Foty (owner).We used to be BenchmarkBroker's subcontractor company. Despite the fact that he and his team acknowledged that the design and development work was done professionally, he refused to pay the final bill, which is big enough. Ignoring calls and messages - this is what he as a businessman finds reasonable to do. We had quite lasting business relationship but then he thought it would be a good idea to get us work for free. Very frustrated and disappointed. I am sure the customers are treated in the same way.
