Exactly the same as the previous review!! Ordered in Dec 2019. Queried where it was mid-Jan, was told it was damaged in transit and another would be sent. We are now in April and still no sign of it. They were quite happy to respond to my emails until I requested a refund and now they are ignoring me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
AVOID!!! at all costs, ordered back in October thinking there was plenty of time for Christmas. they recommend at the latest 45 business days. its well past that and they just keep saying its on the way the tracking system is slow to update which is irrelevant because the items are still not received. then ot of the blue they email me to say we are sorry your item was damaged in transit we will redeliver which is a blatant lie as I have not gotten the item. I have asked for a refund several times and was been fobbed off then they stopped answering my email. I have had to open a dispute through paypal which is some comfort and will hopefully be resolved in my favour.
