Ripped off $270 never received anything since I made my payment. Not even a response to my email.. STAY AWAY
Reading all the other reviews, I have to say the same thing - I wish I had come here first. Same MO - shipping held up, pay a 'refundable' $550 fee....they're in cahoots with the shipper. No responses from either after I refused to pay. Now seems odd that Big Chief has no address listed on packages, and any websites that purport to be theirs all look alike and have similar business practices...
Bigchiefsupplier.comDon't get your hopes up he. Will tell you that it's shipping first class Mail and you have the next day!ask had it shipped he said yes.then you didn't get your orders and I asked for refund he said nope his agent has it .now he said I "need "a city permit to receive orrder then he blocked me because asking questions and not paying for the "needed " city permit and yes l picture lionel cho will keeps your $and tell you to watch your back
A WHOLE SCAM!! Wish i did my research before hand. Placed and paid for my order, then got a tracking number which linked me to some random ass cargo shipment company (first red flag) . Got an updated email saying that my package was on hold and needed an additional $550 that had to be paid for some kind of lost or damage insurance in order for them to continue processing my package which was my second red flag. Emailed Big chief and they responded saying i had to pay it or the FBI would get involved for illegal items, and then they never responded after.
Beware…. I ordered them got an email from the shipper that they wanted $200 for a stamp to make sure the package got to me that would be refundable. Very sketchy.Ordered about a month ago. No package received
Scam scam scam ,now they are using bigchiefcarts.us now its all a scam wanting payment through PayPal and requesting it be sent under family payment so they can not be covered under payment protection they will ignore your messages ,emails and live tech once they get payment beware of Roel Reyna or any other 3rd world name they give you
Scammed. Placed order had me use zelle to pay. Then used a random 3rd party shipper named Mail Worldwide. Mail Worldwide used a fake shipping notification service and then declared they could not deliver because of some hazardous license requirement. Fake documents saying we can deliver your package today if you pay 700+ dollars more to them. Claimed they would turn package over to authority if not paid. Wording in the document screams scam. Watch out they seem real with their website but are scammers!
My husband placed an order with this company Dec 7th. Still no tracking number or order so I checked into it and it's a scam. No one answers the phone when you call. No response to the live chat. No response to email. Don't fall for it like he did!!
10000%scam wish I check before About them Same story with the tracking number but stuff never came Wish they will pay for thatKarma is a…
I wish I had read the reviews but I was familiar with the product and thought it was legit. I paid the money and never heard another word. I called to number on the website and there was no answer several times. I hope the real company sues the hell out of these scammers but I will never use that product again!
Product was great though had a little delay with the courier, which took some time, and some back and forth emailing but it was resolved.
Scam scam scam. My experience was identical to the review of 13 Sep 22. I would not recommend anyone use this scam website.
Ordered everything appeared to be legit. Received invoice, paid in full received a tracking info all looked good kept getting updates three different airports all good. Then I receive when it hits my state that I actually live in that there is a hold placed and I need to pay a additional 700-1500 for some seal what a joke email company no response, email shipping company same call no answers then a beep then nothing this company is a scam and this shipping company is a scam as well
What a pleasant experience. Big chief'n love these guys
This organization appears to be a scam. They send notes saying order is being prepared, request payment, notes are sent stating shipment has been initiated and even a shipping company Beav Ex sends notes on a seemingly bogus shipment. The many contacts they provide are useless to contact them. They even provide associated numbers to support order and shipping.
Scammer! Along with their shipping company world wide express. They took money then when carts were due got a email saying to buy a H.T.M.A license or they would have to give to DEA. After buying it ( sure 6 months no hassle delivery. After processing my payment they then claimed the package needed to be insured for another$500 or it would go to DEA. I asked for a copy of the license I bought. Got zero response back. Emailed big chief and they have yet to respond. Calling their number it rings then picked up and hung up. Do not trust. They are thieves.
