I've been buying modules from Big City Music for over 10 years now and I've always had a great experience. If I email I get a response back within a day and calling has always been pretty easy to get someone (although I haven't had to call in several years). I buy music gear from several sites and BCM is one of my favorites.
I shopped at BigCityMusic several times already. I'm happy with them. They shipped my orders fairly quickly. So far, I never had any issue with my purchases.
