About 8 months ago I purchased a $500 subwoofer and they sent me the wrong model. The one they sent only cost $180. Contacted them and did everything that was asked and then they never made it right! I stopped doing business with them for a while and one day chose to take the risk of shopping with big Jeff again because they had a great deal on a loaded sub enclosure. Well the subwoofer wound up being defective so I contact support and again jumped through all the hoops for them to tell me only thing they will do is sell me another one for a discounted price smh! Ripping me off twice just wasn't good enough it seems so they thought they would give it a 3rd try lmao! Idc how good the deal is I'm not trusting big Jeff's audio for nothing. I should have known if it's too good to be true it's probably a scam!

Beware of what you buy from them.
So I bought a base knob nothing big just to see if the company was a good company plus I needed one. I got it it looked good I hooked it up for one day it worked the next day I got in my truck and there was buzzing coming out of my subwoofers could not figure out what was going on until I picked up the base controller. It was the base controller if I touch the wires that were going into the base controller the noise would stop if I let go of it it would start again. I work 7 days a week I don't get days off I own my own company so I am constantly working. To get time to call them was a little difficult so I finally had time to call them maybe a week later to tell them that the base knob was not working and I had to completely unhook it from the system no base. They sent me a message a message they did not call me back like they said they were they sent me a message saying that they are not going to replace it they are not going to send a new one but I can buy another one. I will not be back I will not ever buy something from them ever again. And the sad part was I was about to spend a good bit of money with them buying new amps and speakers. Glad this happened at a search small purchase versus buying thousands of dollars from them and finding out that they weren't going to warranty that either. If they're not going to warranty something this small a week later couldn't imagine them not wanting to warranty something that cost thousands of dollars. I waited to see what they did before I made a comment I waited to make sure they were actually going to do the right thing. Never again I am going to delete their app delete everything about them. That's all I have to say
