Blown Bottles - Zero Customer Care
I'm a regular purchaser of Biotiful Kefir natural 1 litre . At christmas I decided to try the flavoured kefir drinks - I bought one mango and one cherry . The mango bottle blew up after about a week of being kept in the fridge , unopened - when I opened it the contents were fizzy and undrinkable so I threw it away . The cherry bottle was fine and really nice. Both bottles were well within their BB dates.Several weeks later I bought two more bottles of the cherry kefir from Tesco's . This time one of these bottles blew up and went all fizzy - again kept in the fridge , unopened. I tried to contact Biotiful about this using their website contact form - no response. I again tried using their email address - again no response. One of the first rules of good business is keep your customers happy when something goes wrong and they will keep coming back . Any company that provides the illusion that they have a customer care system when in reality they never reply is totally disrespectful to their customers and essentially business suicide.

Brought a chocolate protein shake from sainsburys and was confused for quite some time checking my own senses and smell. I swear that the product inside was strawberry flavour! Smelt like strawberry and tasted like strawberry! I have never brought this product before and am wondering whether to buy another chocolate flavour just to prove I am not going mad. or was it a batch packaged incorrectly. Don't know what to make of it!!

The vanilla kefir shake smells awful
I bourght the vanilla kefir protine shake and I know its meant to be fermented but it smelled awful, I checked the date and its still well within date but it smelled rancid, it tasted fine, definitely not good and definitely not vanilla. I wont be buying this again.

What’s going on with the kefir milk…
What’s going on with the kefir milk been a fan of from day one it’s going down the pan it’s very watery tastes nothing like it should the Sainsbury’s purchase are great but for the last year or so been buying from Costco & it’s been a hit & a miss but now there black mould around the top of the bottles I used to give them a shake before opening but haven’t now that I noticed black mould at the top contacted the company but no reply so I’ll be going straight to Costco with this see what they say

Disappointed with the last few bottles of Kefir. The texture has changed, it’s not thick and creamy any more! Will be trying other makes in future.

I have been buying the Biotiful Kefir Yogurt for over a year now, but it is very noticeable that the amount in the pot is getting less and less. When I first bought it the pot was quite full, now I’m lucky to get a 3 quarter full pot. Like everything now, manufacturers penny pinch when their products become popular. Careful Biotiful, you might shoot yourself in the foot by doing this as there are others like Yeo that don’t penny pinch!

I've been drinking 500ml per day for the last 6 months, and was very happy with the thick consistency and flavour. I say "was", because a few weeks ago I noticed that it had become noticeably thinner and less flavoursome. I thought it might just be a one-off batch, so I have stuck with it, but we're several weeks (and many bottles on), and the product has not gone back to how it was. Honestly, I'd rather they just put the price up than water it down, but it's their choice, so it looks like I'm in the market for a new brand.

Cheating on the quantity
Cheating on the quantity - I have just opened the organic Kefir bottle and I was looking deep inside the bottle as about 1/5 of the quantity was not there. If they cheat on the quantity, they may very be cheating on the organic quality of the kefir. After all, what is this good taste qualification? Do we want to eat healthy in the sense of natural or do we only want the taste for the tong with no consideration for the rest of the body?

Like the majority of food products…
Like the majority of food products these days this product started off being really good quality i.e. thick and flavoursome but then suddenly started to be watered down and lacking in taste. I imagine the shareholders wern't getting enough profit so they decided to save the money on ingredients.Sad really but it seems to be todays business model to hook people in with a good quality product and then after you have a gained a loyal customer following replace the product with crap.

Non existent customer service. This company makes a fortune from people like me who use it daily but they don’t even read emails or WhatsApp messages. I will be finding another brand. 🤬

Exploding and mouldy
Several times now I’ve bought the Kefir overnight oats with mixed berries. They were stored in the fridge at the correct temperature. On two occasions the lid has blown off before the best before date and on one other occasion I’ve opened an in date one to find the top of the oats covered in mould. I would not recommend.

Disgusting drink
Bought the chocolate protein drink in Sainsbury’s at Manchester Piccadilly station. Absolutely disgusting. BBF date 28/4/25 but stamped on the side states NOT for EU. One sip and utterly vile taste.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription - ZERO response
I have been trying to cancel my subscription online but the website does not have the option. So I have now emailed three times with ZERO response. I've now received the delivery of a product that doesn't agree with me and I have no confidence I will receive a refund if returned. No alternative but to contact my credit card company for a resolution.

I have recently discovered this product…
I have recently discovered this product well a few months and I do like it and think it is doing me some good however I have a problem as I’m on my own and I’m having to drink a lot of of it to get it through a litre in three days, I have emailed them persistently about this problem and they have been completely ignorant and not answered me at all so I should be looking for another product Can’t believe their ignorance….😡

10/10 ignore the negative reviews, the benefits of kefir are worth the price, to the guy crying about "mold" it literally has a expiration date and is kept in cold environments for a reason, corner shop owners was the reason for it going off.

I purchased a bottle of Kefir cherry flavoured drink in a cooperative shop. I consumed the drink and on placing the lid back on…. Found mould. I returned to the store and they were amazing with their costumer service as well as the Head Office. Staff couldn’t more helpful. I sent an email to Biotiful Gut Health to enlighten them as to this event. Photos, in date and the fact that the bottle seal was not broken should have raised an email back to me, but No! This I find rude and lacks customer care. Not going to be buying their products.

Kefir shouldn't cost the Earth!
I bought the Kefir drink original in Tesco. Not had Kefir before tasted reasonable. BUT the white plastic bottles are industructible and more suited to hold bleach or something like sulphuric acid. Cannot in all conscious buy again until the Kefir is sold in something that doesn't cost the Earth!
