No response to email regarding the solidity of the product and difficulty in using. It is impossible to use the product on skin even using the skin's warmth to try and soften.Now unable to access website. Actively blocked.
Excellent product and speedy service. However access to the website is odd and despite being a returning customer I am periodically blocked. It's frustrating and I have no idea why our how to overcome this. So maybe I won't. A Shame really.
