I received half of my order, there's no customer support
I received the package in promised time, but it only had half of my order i payed for. I tried to find a customer service, but there is no email i can write to (in the whole web there is no email address).. they offer virtualn assistant which asks you to fulfill a file which can not be filled and only shows an error. The i received email "xou received your order, rate us" but it doesn't allow to give negative rating. Even though half of the order is here, having noncustomer support is so disappointing that i would never order again, even though i have a company and could be long term client.
