Company don't care at all
This used to be a solid platform with an active trading community. Over time, they stopped adding meaningful features and removed moderators who actually used the platform and traded with it.Now, most moderators call out expensive SPX contracts or far out options without providing any proof that they’re actually taking those trades themselves. Transparency is essentially gone.What ultimately pushed me away was the removal of the last moderator who genuinely used the system. At this point, the server is largely dominated by a consistently bearish moderator and a group of followers who simply echo his takes. The only alternative is paying for yet another Discord subscription to someone who uses the platform and can actively call out option flow and setups.Instead, I chose to switch to a competitor that offers significantly more value through constant feature development at HALF THE PRICE.The value and community that once made this platform worthwhile just aren’t there anymore, which helps explain its sharp DECLINE over the past few years and the company’s refusal to acknowledge that reality. Despite this, they were quick to call me and ask why I ended my subscription, which felt ironic given that these issues have been obvious for quite some time, especially to someone who has been a member since the early days.Returning to the early days where moderators actively used the platform, posted option flow in an easy to access format, shared actionable trade ideas, and adding new features is the only way this platform would ever be worth subscribing to again which I don’t see happening as it’s been three years and NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

This note is for the customer service. I talked to Bill then David about an issue whether gift cards were redeemed or not (not about the software or the people within the organization) when it was really a hectic time for them both. I could not find the gift card codes during the initial conversation until a follow up call after hours from them. They were patient and courteous with the initial information that i provided and they followed up in as a timely manner as they could, even after hours. I normally would not leave a review, but the time they took to find the answer as well as patience they provided to me (not finding the gift codes until a later conversation) was greatly appreciated.Everyone that i have consulted with in the past with blackboxstocks were very helpful and courteous as well.

I'd recommend the Balckbox service. You need to have patience to understand what good flow looks like (as majority just aren't good). They have training, but you may want to consider their premium training if you want to shorten the learning curve. Their discord is helpful. Again you can't just show up and blindly pick any flow. If you use the app properly and have discipline, this app will pay dividends.

Mastering Options Flow! Blackbox Stocks
Blackbox is a great platform with awesome courses. I took the Mastering Options Flow course which teaches you to read institutional order flow, anticipating market price direction. It was an excellent introductory course on how to capitalize on the Blackbox software and give yourself an edge in the markets. The 6 module course was a great pace, informative and is an awesome place to learn how to excel in the markets at an intermediate trading level.

I have been with BlackBoxStocks for the better part of seven years now. This platform is an excellent resource for those that are beginners to seasoned traders. There are several live voice chat rooms offered via discord that present a wealth of information including but not limited to educational insight on various trading strategies. Moderators share there trades with entries and exits as well as explanations and reasoning for executing a trade. Moderators will analyze their trades afterwards so those who are trying to learn actually understand the concepts of proper entries and exits as well as money management and risk parameters. Every trader takes a loss but some don’t understand why and believe that losses are failures. Moderators explain their entries and exits on both winning and losing trades in hopes of educating members who are trying to build a system with proper risk management. A losing trade is a not a failure. It is part of the business and emphasis on proper risk management is always key. BlackBoxStocks is a close knit community/family with thousands of traders that share their thoughts and trade ideas. I love being in an environment where moderators and traders alike actually want to see you succeed. BlackBoxStocks offers monthly educational classes on all sorts of topics from technical analysis to different trading strategies. BlackBoxStocks offers their state of the art platform with live feed to the exchanges. A trader now has access to live options feed as they come through the exchanges. You can actually see when options are being bought or sold as they happen instantaneously. You can see when a Whale is putting money to work. There are many highly experienced traders in the chat rooms who will point out high probability trades that are captured by the BlackBoxStocks algorithms on key trades. For example, a member will point out a trade that was executed Above The Ask (AA) via a Sweep with an unusually high dollar amount. A high dollar amount into a trade is not always unusual. However, being able to understand and decipher what stocks and dollar amount might be unusual is key. This is where BlackBoxStocks shines. The trained eyes of the moderators and fantastic traders in the chatroom help understand and identify huge opportunities. There are many tools on the platform.
