I bought a phone of this company
I bought a phone of this company one of there colour 8s. I ordered a specific phone when it turned up it was the wrong one, asked them to send correct one when it arrived it was wrong colour Third time lucky but now company makes out it was my fault but I had original invoice. They are an incompetent company I was a customer for a few year's but now will try other company's. There atitude is a complete lie yes i asked if they could repair a phone i bought of them which was not that old i did not ask for a discount on this. but because i was a repeat customer i thought they might give a discount off a new phone which is not unusuall but there reply was a dont care atitude and i was not rude. just told them i would take my business elseware in future as you would. as for the returns as it was there fault not once but TWICE sending wrong phone. also i did not ask or want earbuds.incidentaly my A90 phone was only bought in January 2023 so not that old when it's gone wrong so just shows what company is like. Poor quality phones.

I received the product mint condition…
I received the product mint condition in two or three days..perhaps the only thing that could be improved is the packaging but this may be the responsability of the carrier
