After a multiple phone conversations, BlinkRx did not obtain the correct pricing with my insurance for Miebo eye drops. A tier 3 drug, 90 day supply - 9ml should be $70. BlinkRx would charge $105. I went with another online pharmacy that provided the correct pricing.
It took approx 8 phone calls, 4-5 to the Drs office with them sending my rx mult times to blinkrx, trying to check my rx online, calling their helpline, waiting for call back, giving them my health info and credit card#, and being told I would receive my rx in 3-5 days. Today (a week later) I receive another text saying I have a new rx. I have never been able to get the link they send to work so I called the pharmacy directly. They didn't seem to have any record of all the info they've gotten from me already, started to ask all my health history questions again, I refused to answer it all again. Oddly though they still had my credit card # on file. Again I should receive my rx in 3-5 days. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
My experience with BlinRx was great. I was very happy to contact at the time when I learned that I was not able to afford my medication . The lady that I spoke with on the phone was nice, patience, and kind . She listened to me and help me to contact my provider for prescription . Thank you so much
I appreciate the financial help! Those of us on Medicare are struggling to pay for meds. Blinkrx is great!! My osteoporosis medicine is supposed to cost $1000 that I can’t afford. Does Blinkrx help with that too?? Thank you from the bottom of my heart

My experience with this company was good as far as getting my prescription filled. My only complaint was the delivery. It was left on my porch causing it to blow off into a shrub ..I just happened to look down to see the package. They need to place it in between the doors so it doesn't end up blowing away.

My first box of eyedrops were free. I like them but want to keep getting them. My insurance said it wouldn’t pay for it. I hope I can continue to get it through Blink.
Not much improvement has been made over 3 weeks. Disappointed in product.
I talked to a young man representing blinkrx this young man was professional over the phone help me explain what to do and how to get it going I am truly thankful. He gave me his name but I’m bad with name I forget my own name sometimes.thank yall
Clear instructions and easy to navigate each step
I was given notice immediately that my prescription had been approved. The prescription arrived quickly and packed well. I have received clear instructions and ways to contact Blink RX is necessary.
I just started 2 weeks ago. My vision seems better. However, it does burn when I place the drops in my eye.
The RX came real soon. Did not have to wait long to start the medicine. Much appreciated.Thank you Brenda Knudsen.
