Needs members reward system
I love the cards and prices aren’t bad, I just wish they had a reward or point system for people that had accounts and used them often.

Problem solved.
Customer service contacted me immediately after my posting and they are sending a new card. Thank you CS for resolving the issue of the missing card. Since this was a sympathy card it was very important. Thanks for your help!
