The worse delivery possible

The worse delivery possible. The help service doesn’t help at all when they stay with our food.

ONCE IS TOO MUCH, never again!

I ordered dinner to be delivered to my address, the courier called when at the restaurant to confirm my address, I noticed on the site map that he wasn’t moving towards me so called him and he said he has another address on the map and he is taking the food there…. The map showed that he passed this supppoed address and kept going so I asked bolt foods for support. The agent said that there was another address on the map and that I should pay the courier more to take it to me… after already paying deliver fees. The agent was quite rude, zero people skills, and then hang up. Then marked the order as delivered although o had a code to be given to confirm delivery. The online agents were the same, 2 of them I tried to get help from… when I asked for a refund they both froze me out of the chat and refuse to respond when I got back. I lost GHS304 (USD22) and went to bed hungry. The courier went to bed full of my dinner. I was on holidays in Accra and that spoiled it for me. That’s it for bolt for me .

The customer service non existing

The customer service non existing. You can agree with restaurant and have your order rescheduled, but the min your order is in - bolt won't change it even though both parties agree on changes.CS ladies terrible - not even tried to look for solution. Rude and ignorant.

Failed to deliver

I had a very disappointing experience with Bolt Food. I placed an order that was later marked as “delivered” in the app, but I never received it. I clearly searched from the address I was in but then was told the delivery address was not complete, should you not contact me in this case? Should you not request a complete delivery address?What made the situation worse was the lack of resolution. Despite reporting the issue, I did not receive a refund for the order. Paying for food that never arrived and then not being properly compensated is extremely frustrating.This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and customer support. I expected better service and a prompt solution, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope Bolt Food improves its delivery tracking and customer service processes to prevent this from happening to others.911552114

No customer support

Ordered food in the evening, but food didnt come for around 3 hours so I talk to support about it. Support takes around 1 hour itself to respond and they say to contact the restaurant. After contacting the restaurant they told me they never even got an order and to ask for a refund from Bolt Food. After showing Bolt Food support the evidence they fully ghosted me and would not even respond to any of my messages. In the end I had to charge back through my bank and thats the only way I got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a scamming machine

Avoid at all costs

Customer support is the worst I've ever been in contact with, the food came in cold and only half of the order, the support refused to help me further and ghosted me rendering me unable to even start a new chat. Filed an official complaint to the authorities and one through mail to their HQ (in the latter I was again treated like I'm not their customer).

Unreliable Service & No Refunds

We used Bolt Food on and off for over a year, and compared to alternatives in Portugal like Uber Eats and Glovo, it is by far the worst.Customer support is extremely poor. Repeated issues were never properly resolved. On several occasions, items were missing from our orders, yet no refunds were issued, even though the mistake was clearly on the restaurant’s side.The situation is even worse if you order using company invoices. When invoices are involved, Bolt Food refuses refunds entirely, creating unnecessary problems for accounting and bookkeeping. This is unacceptable for any business user.They also do not escalate complaints, don’t contact restaurants on the customer’s behalf, and don’t seem interested in investigating recurring issues.Overall, a frustrating and unreliable service.Do yourself a favor and use Uber Eats or Glovo instead.

No food, no money, and no support

The deals were great until the day my order never arrived and customer support didn’t seem to care at all. Easily the worst support I’ve ever encountered, never used Bolt Food again.

No customer support, just a joke.

I ordered dinner for the family and in the deliver where half of the items mistress. I paid 63 EUR and sence it wasn't possible the get the missing items to complete the order the customer service offered an in app refund of 4 EUR. After I refused the refund amount the customer service wend silent and no one answered anymore. This service is a joke.

waited almost 2h for nothing

I got sick with the flu and wanted to order food to be delivered so I wouldn’t have to go anywhere. I waited for my order for 1h 40min (I’m a regular customer – usually orders from this place were delivered within 30 minutes). I repeatedly contacted customer support asking why the delay, and they told me they were overloaded and asked me to wait longer. In the end, when I couldn’t stand it anymore and wrote again, they simply offered to refund me without delivering the order. I believe that with such a huge delay, they should have offered the food free of charge. In the end, I sat waiting for almost 2 hours and got nothing, wasted my time, and they refused to compensate me. Now with a fever of 38.2°C, I’m forced to go to the store myself. Terrible customer service!

Don't order..if they fail delivery, no refund, no food either

Delivery guy came at 400 m, refused to come at address,insisted he is at right address when he wasn't,kept calling, hanging up and being rude. He was literally telling me to hurry up to go to him to pick up my food. If I wanted and had time to walk 10 minutes for food, I wouldn't order.There is no customer service, just bot. My 1st and last orderNever again!

Ordered via Bolt Food

Ordered via Bolt Food , total 22 EUR. The order was prepared quickly by the restaurant, but the assigned courier detoured across the city and marked the order as “picked up” while far from the restaurant. After 30+ minutes in a paper bag, the food was no longer acceptable, so I refused the order at the door.I opened a support ticket before delivery, but after 1h21m I received a dismissive message telling me to “pay more attention when placing orders,” and the ticket was closed without clarifying any refund. A second ticket was handled by multiple agents who claimed—incorrectly—that I had accepted the order and offered only a 1 EUR credit. The last agent closed the chat immediately after saying I would not receive a refund, while I was typing my clarifications.Result: I paid 21 EUR for a refused order, with misleading courier status updates and unhelpful, inconsistent and rude support. This is not a one-off; it reflects a pattern of poor service and avoiding responsibility. I do not recommend Bolt Food.

I do not recommend Bold Food Romania

I do not recommend Bold Food Romania. Every single time I placed an order with them, something went wrong. Either they sent me leftover kebab meat that was dry and not fresh, or items were missing from my order. The latest issue was the worst: they took my money, cancelled the order right away, and now I have to wait two days to get my money back. This is unacceptable. They take customers’ money and fail to deliver. Avoid ordering from them.

Bolt is a joke

As a cab driver working so hard to keep up my head above water but these app companies like bolt letting us down very big time. The jobs which we were doing three years ago still we do the same prices compare with loving costs are sky rocketing yet people complain of drivers cancelling.

Last time I use Bolt Food

Last time I use Bolt Food, what a joke. I ordered something that would take max 10 minutes to deliver, but Bolt's system lets a driver that is literally TOWNS AWAY, over 1 hour of him just DRIVING BACK, to go all the way back and get it and drive it to me. The food is literally useless and wasted, like it's completely cold and crap. WTF do BOLT let drivers that have over 40+ minutes of driving time just to get to the location, why do they allow them to take these deliveries. I'm definitely disputing this entire meal. NEVER USE BOLT FOOD.

Bolt food in Cyprus is terrible, they are way to over priced compared to Wolt Also they offer bolt plus and they scam their clients by collecting monthly fees but not delivering to them as priority !! Terrible
