This is an authentic review about my experience with BAP. Ordered some powder coated brake calipers for my 01 Durango. They communicated early on that these parts would be on back order & kept me updated throughout the waiting process. Communication from a company goes a long way. They made a returning customer outta me!
The folks at Bonafide Auto Parts found me parts I needed that no one could else could get for me which saved me. $ 1200.00! Friendly and fast shipping, great price. They really saved the day ! Thanks ya’ll

Best customer service ever! I was waiting on something that was back ordered. He kept me up-to-date on everything the whole way. Then the product came damaged and he sent me a replacement without even asking! I just don’t do customer service like this anymore!
This business owner's support was beyond stellar. I needed a part for a truck bed extender that was proving difficult to find anywhere. They had the part for order, and although it was backordered by the mfctr, they gave me the option to cancel if I was unwilling to wait, communicated with me every step of the way to set expectations on delivery time, and followed through on tracking the order to ensure it was delivered. Never once was I left in the dark and the response time to my communications was phenomenal. In a time where honest and reliable customer service seems to be non-existent, this experience was breath of fresh air!!! I would not hesitate to recommend Bonafide Auto Parts for your purchase. I ordered a car top carrier. It was shipped very promptly. We did have some issues with the mounting brackets but they resolve the issue pretty quickly and it's mounted securely on my car now. He always responded very quickly to any of my questions or messages.
I purchased a part that ended up with an extremely long back order to the point a completely different manufacturer had to be used. I received honest, consistent and timely updates with many options available making this one of the best (although lengthy, lol) transactions I have ever been a part of. I ultimately ended up extremely happy with the outcome and feel I have found a reliable vendor for aftermarket parts that I won’t hesitate to use for years to come. There were snags along the way in the ordering process (an item not available), but we worked it out via great communication on Bonefide's side. They have superior customer service.
I bought myself some off road catless mid pipes from this store and they emailed me that it was delayed by a few weeks, about a week or less later they said it has shipped. I’m waiting on it to arrive, if anything wrong happens I will update my review if nothing bad happens I will leave it as is!

Bought Hella turn signal lights. Communication with company was excellent and parts were obtained at a very competitive price in an expeditious manner. Would definitely shop from them again.
Prices seem to be great. I wanted a few items but it’s more expensive to pay for shipping and also pay for shipping if you need to return something. I’d be spending an extra $100 on parts if the part doesn’t fit. I found the same part on another site same price but they have free shipping at least to get to me.
