From Good to Awful. Once they got my first review, they have been doing a terrible job at marketing my book, just when I was seriously considering renewing my contract!. The project manager stopped returning my calls or following up, even ignored my text and every mode available to contact her. It was so frustrating. They were also holding onto a leftover balance from a project of 2k that they never delivered. They shut down every means of communication. It's a one-woman show. You only have a connection to one individual, who is your project manager, and if they are on vacation, sick, or busy and can't get back to you, you are on your own! You can see that this individual is overloaded with projects and has no real time for your work. You have No OTHER CONTACT.. Over the Christmas Holiday my website was down for Three weeks in the peak selling month of December.. The Project manager was on vacation, and I had no access to anyone else since she was my only contact.. I had to wait until January to have my website restored. I don't think the place is a real business. They just hire different virtual assistants who are disconnected and try to make it work. But the trouble is that it never works; there is no real team here. My website is currently inactive, even though they told me that it would be up and running within the hour again. It's been 4 days. This happens very often, because it's not a real business. If you need fewer headaches, you are better off with a real business, with layers of contact people you can connect with when you have issues. with the work they are doing.

Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. They didn't do what they promised to do. Poorly set up social media accounts that were spammy, and they also formatted a hardcover book that was missing chapters and content. During the short time I worked with them, I had 0 sales, and they didn't help promote and market my book. I had to dispute the charges I paid to them, and luckily, I won the case. They didn't help market and promote my book - very bad exerience.
