I purchased SAT materials, paid $56.98. Delivery was supposed to be on 11/05 or 11/06. Requested status of shipment. No response received. I am getting ready to complain to my credit card provider and also I will file a consumer complaint with the betterment business bureau.

My book was in perfect condition, they claimed the cover was in need of repair. I was supposed to get $56 for it and they offered zero!! Bogus company. And if I want it returned to me I have to pay the shipping charge! Never again, I will use a campus bookstore in person from now on.
