Received the Sylvia Garden kit as a gift. Found it easy enough and enjoyable to make. The punch out pieces in particular were good quality and came together easily. There were a few areas that might have benefited from a little more instruction or illustration. Would also recommend including glue. Overall, it was a enjoyable experience.
The Library of Books was bought for my teenage Grandaughter.This was far to difficult for her.The press out boards are excellent quality. My husband who is 79 years old has finished it, and enjoyed doing it.There wouldn't be many teenagers of today that would have the patience. Over all the product is good, the illustrations are very dark and unclear and to dark.Also the order of build is confusing.
I submitted my order 20 months ago. It still has not shipped. The initially responded to my emails and blamed Amazon for not shipping the item due to weather issues. It had been 11 days since I purchased it, and I did not purchase through Amazon. It’s been 19 days now, and they seem to be ignoring my emails.
Item is cheap quality.its like Something you would expect from temu. Reached out to seller but because i opened the plastic the will not allow return. How can anyone see how bad the quality is without opening plastic packaging on the outside of box? Don’t waste your money
I placed the order of which I emailed and immediately cancelled because it wasn't until I placed the order I realised they were based in China and I needed to have the item by Christmas. They returned my email two days after shipping and it's just turned up today and instead of the cyber world I ordered they had sent Fairyland. I have emailed to ask for a returns label and posting here to seek a response, will happily change once I receive an outcome:Update: after emailing 3 times for a returns label this company has gone cold. They have stopped responding to emails and I still have no returns label. I don't see why I should pay postage when they sent the wrong item. The postage was £14.00 GBP. My next stop will be trading standards.It's been two weeks and no response at all from this company. Avoid they are scammers.
I would love to review the items I ordered but after 30+ days, I have yet to receive them. Interesting that the company has sent me to emails to review my purchase and it has not been delivered!
My product was not what I thought I ordered and it has been a terrible experience trying to return it!
I love your product but you need to use a different shipping company. SpeedEx put my shipment in my mailbox instead of delivering it to my door which then caused the USPS to retrieve the package and charge me some enormous shipping AGAIN! That is my only issue with you.
I purchased the Library of Books model for my 10 year old not realising how technical and tricky it was to assemble. It meant that I had to build all the books, shelves, furniture, artwork and structure myself and I LOVED IT!I really enjoyed working quietly away creating these tiny, beautiful objects, so thoughtfully designed and a joy to build. My 10 year old loves it too. I'm already planning my next one! Thanks team.
I was really disappointed by the quality of the materials in this book nook relative to others purchased. The pieces for the exterior box were warped which made gluing them together well nearly impossible. I was also really disappointed by how much glue this kit relied on. Other book books I’ve bought have a lot of pieces that snap together especially for the more structural parts. This one was entirely dependent on glue and paper which made many parts of it impossible. I threw it out.
Delivery taking longer than advertised. For past four (4) days, tracking has a status of "Out for Delivery".
I never got the package. Somebody called from their cell phone while I was at work and I gave them permission to hide the box in the bushes outside our apartment building (in an area not known for a lot of crime). When I saw the photo she took, I could see it was plainly visible to passersby, which I assume is why it was gone by the time I got home a few hours later.
Good quality components. Able to make things slightly more from scratch than with other book nook suppliers do more satisfying in terms of a creative and careful hobby challenge. Amount of detail in the piece also very good. Instructions different to other companies but only took a few minutes to work the system out. Very happy with my purchase, thank you!

Company is a scam. I usually am very cautious about researching a company before placing an online order but let this one slip through the cracks. Needless to say, I never received my order. You suck Book Nook
I should never have ordered. It took a month and a half for the wrong thing to arrive. There's no way this company is located in Colorado. Nor are they answering my e-mails. I was so excited to get this birthday present but the whole thing is beyond ruined. Worst experience I have EVER had ordering online.
No customer support after sending them several emails about a damaged product I received. Do not purchase!
I would give them a zero review but unfortunately the least I could give is a one. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. VIRTUALLY NON EXISTENT. Sent email after email and no response. Finally they sent me a response saying to contact my carrier. Both the US CARRIER AND CHINA CARRIER stated to contact the seller. So, no one wants to take responsibility. Contacted my bank. Tried to file a complaint with the BBB but there is no listing of this company in Boulder, Colorado. Shocker! This is a scam! Do not buy!
