Dishonest.they use Bait and switch tactics to make profit. This company andvertisrd a free 2 day trial period however I had three charges on my card, one for $5.99, one for $9.99, and one for $13.97. I was unable to use services without multiple glitches are error notices on their website, or during download at 7% the site would freeze. All this only hours into my “free” trial. Their representative confirmed with me errors were seen on her end when she looked into it, and she reported those as well, HOWeVER she refuses to issue me a refund. I finally receive a message “ As a goodwill gesture, I suggested downgrading your subscription”. This place operates dishonestly. Bookbolt never charged me fraudulent and extra charges like this. I recommend using them instead or Canva.

In reference to your reply Oliver. I can say you are the outstanding and best liar on this universe. If you explained that your company completed and with my approval, then why am I writing against this company. The contract was not as you stated. I did not get the 5 books, trailer, no active website nor social media agreement. Not to even repeat the Amazon and Ingran Sparks disaster. And the upmost of not receiving my $750. You lied to Chase Bank, and they refunded the money to your team. In your emails you continuously suggest getting the $750 refund from the bank. The only problem with the bank is that they did not access Amazon to see exactly the ISBN and listing Book Writing Genie as the publisher. The book was already published. Why would you offer to continue in an engagement, when you have blocked me from your line of communication? All I want is my money back. PERIOD.
