Working with BOSSCAT Home Services was exactly the kind of hassle-free experience I hoped for when tackling home repairs. The team provided a clear estimate quickly, kept me updated throughout the process, and the work itself was done with care and professionalism. I’m very happy with the outcome, feel confident in their workmanship, and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable home repair services.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. This company lacks transparency and communication. I was referred to them by my realtor. Do not waste your time with this company fine some other company to work with.
Don't live up to their word!
Beware contractors... do not use this company. They will not pay you as promised. They will let you sit on your materials and wage money for months. Not a trustworthy company.
I had good experience setting up my appointment for service. I recommend BOSSCAT. They respond back to me very quickly.
We had an odd popping noise coming from inside one of our walls. We didn't know the cause, but submitted the project to BOSSCAT to diagnose and fix. First, Earl called to discuss the issue. He then communicated consistently to get us on the schedule for a visit within the same week, confirmed the appointment, etc. We then had Nick come out to the house to open up the wall and diagnose the issue. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, diagnosed and fixed the issue, all within a couple of hours. He was great to work with throughout. Earl and Nick made for a great experience with BOSSCAT. We would highly recommend.

Chito was helpful in giving an overview of the services offered at Bosscat and what the next steps would be. I also missed a couple of his calls and he was very flexible and understanding. He wasn't pushy in trying to get me to committ to anything right away, but let me know about all the positive things Bosscat could offer if we decided to complete our estimated work through their contractors.

My experience was great. Bosscat sent me the estimate extremely fast, within 24 hours like they said they would. They also followed up via email & phone call. I alleviate great communication like this. I would have appreciated for items like a driveway, they would’ve automatically gotten an estimate from a local company that could in fact do the work. You have to do an extra step for specialty items they don’t cover, however I do understand the process as it was thoroughly explained. Thanks for the quick quote!
It gives me an idea of the cost of the repairs, which helps me a lot in making a decision, and I appreciate the support in carrying out the work help with the repairs
I like the expertise of the local representative who came out for the on-site quote. However, we were not able to receive his notes which were important for the buyer and seller to make decisions regarding the repairs. I called multiple times to request specific items on the inspection report to be quoted. Eventually, I sorted it out on my own.
