02/26/26Today I called to Breathe Easy ins. just to pay my bill. Romina Hernandez answered and she not only found better deal for me but taught me how to handle applications, signatures, what to look for and she explained to me everything clear and concise . It’s my first year to be on my own, I doubt I could have go through this without her. She is highly professional, detail oriented and she doesn’t give up till goals are accomplished. I asked a lot of questions and probably took more time than expected, but she answered everything calmly and thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. Easy changeover from old to new insurance
I was always anticipating the change over from one auto insurance to another to be a stressful process but Chris P. Edwards made it such a smooth and easy process. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure all of my questions were answered, got me set up with everything from my old policy to the new policy, and saved me $100 a month. Thanks Chris!
