When you buy from Bride Lulu, don’t expect to return your item for any reason. Even though they say you can return items within 2 weeks, it’s not true. They have no customer service, they don’t reply to emails, and they just take your money.
The bridal dress was perfect in every way. The fabric, style, fit and quality was all top notch. The measurements are true to size and I could not be more impressed with it. Thank you for the very prompt delivery as well.
Nope... Don't trustTheir refund policy is not clear. They say that you can return something for an 80% refund for "basically any reason" That is not accurate. I was told that i could get 23% refund. The dress that I received was of poor quality, the beading was terribly done and looks so cheap.
I was amazed at how careful they were to double and triple check my measurements. The time it took to make and ship this beautiful gown was so quick! I never expected the quality of the fabric or the fine workmanship of the sewing. I used to own a fabric store and taught sewing, so I am familiar with sewing techniques.
Bridelulu has been absolutely the best find ever for me. I’m 6’ and 145lbs so I can’t shop in store and have a good fit. Lulubride has custom fit my gown for me twice. I ordered from them last year and got the same custom fit at the regular price. Super fast shipping from the time I placed my order.
They reached out to me after a placed a 2nd order for a dress, asking if I needed help. They initiated the communication and got me the exact color and size I needed. It fit perfectly! I'm so excited to wear it!
My dress arrived beautifully packaged and ready to wear. I was concerned as I had had a bad experience before with ordering on-line. Stunningly simple dress and for a petite. This was such a special dress and my now husband (we’ve been together for 14 years) was so surprised.
BrideLuLu is such an amazing company to do business with! I found THE perfect wedding dress for me. I was on the fence over one small detail - the color. I ordered the wrong color, but it was outside of the return window to exchange. They worked with me to get not only the right dress color, but since I had lost 50 pounds in the months that had passed, I was able to order the proper size as well. They made it right with the pricing and kept in constant contact with me. This is absolutely unheard of, especially with overseas companies. I would HIGHLY recommend BrideLuLu to ANY future brides! Not only is their selection amazing, but their customer service is unmatched.

Terrible. I ordered a dress, it didn't fit so I want to return it, but I can't! There's no standardized process, customer service needs to approve it and send the return label and they are just not responding...so that's $150 I'm not getting back.... It's a sketchy site, just don't, not worth it.
This is not a reputable company. I thought I was ordering from Lulu, not bridelulu. Although the dress is beautiful, it isn’t anywhere near a size 8 US. The return process is a nightmare. Honestly there should be a US site to return items, not overseas
Well, Never order from them. Very Inpressed. Size was perfect. I got the Dress 3 week from the time I order it. Good quality.
Their website does not easily show how to order swatches. The chat robot did not help at all, kept going in circles. Then I finally figured it out, and when I ordered the swatches, for $1.00 each, the website charged me $23 in shipping which I did not choose.
The dress did not fit, I could not get it on. I have reached out to return it but have not received anything to be able to do so.
Do not order from this company! I WISH I had researched more before ordering 2 wedding dresses. The return process is total BS - possibly even a complete scam. It took 13 days (and 3 emails) to even get a response from customer service. They asked for more details about why the dresses did not meet my expectations and asked for a photo of me in the dress (???). After responding to them, it has now been another 12 days with no response. The phone number listed on the website is also fake/"no longer in service."
The dress that I ordered was not fit to my body even though I sent out my measurements it looks like you guys never did adjustments to the dress
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! Absolutely terrible. The dress didn’t look nothing like the dress in the pictures. The reviews are all lies. My dress looked like a 5 year old made it with missing buttons on the back. Consumer service is terrible and hard to get a hold of. The number they have doesn’t even work. AGAIN DO NOT ORDERFROM HERE!!!
I was worried the dress wouldn't come in time but customer service assured me it would and it did! Very glad they reached out to me when I tried to cancel the order.
Customer Service Customer service was great. I had a question as I thought I had an item missing but they were responsive and very helpful / polite. Not to mention everything that I had requested was received - I just need stronger prescpriton glasses. ;)
I have tried emailing to return the dress and am not getting a response.
