No one replies enquiries/ payment done but NO product
Waiting forever for deliveryorder placed on 23 Feb and payment went through at once. I received a tracking that the parcel is with YODEL on 28 Feb but there is no tracking updates as of today 5 March. I checked with YODEL and YODEL told me today that the real parcel has not arrived they only receive the parcel details from the sender. I sent 3 emails over the past 3 days to BUDDY Nutrition and left message at their website for enquiry but no one cares to reply.

It's been a month and I have not received my product. No one has responded to my emails and now their website has been "down for maintenance" for a week. It appears to be scam.

Bad Product Bad Customer Service
I ordered a personalized protein and I was SUPER excited at first. It took awhile for it to get delivered and I tried to contact them through chat and email to check on the status but they never responded. Eventually it arrived and the flavor was decent but I've had way better for cheaper so I cancelled my subscription. Then I tried to contact them through chat and email over 5 times to get refunded and I have yet to receive a reply from anybody. This company is a joke. I can't even find a phone number online to talk to a real person. Customer service should be a priority, especially when your product isn't as popular as others.

Not a Scam. Confirmed Product Delivery
I want to write a review to say that this company is NOT a scam. I was a little concerned when I ordered the powder and didn't get any sort of confirmation email or tracking information, so I looked up reviews and grew more concerned. But literally a week after the estimated shipping date my product arrived. Not sure if the people in the reviews below actually didn't get their product or if they just didn't update their reviews, but I did receive mine. I am only giving 4 stars because I would have liked tracking information and their customer services never responded to my concerned email and their chat on their website has been disabled. But otherwise I really like the protein. I got the chocolate fudge flavor and it's really good. I felt very replenished after my workout yesterday and it's a good breakfast replacement in the morning. I'm happy with it and just wanted to say that this is not a scam.

Scam company! No customer service!
This company looked promising when I initially signed up for the smoothie shots. I was so excited because I've never seen another company do this. Well it's been a month or close to it when I ordered for the first time and I havent recieved anything from them. No order, no customer service response. I've messaged them multiple times. This is a waste of time and a waste if money. This is so inexcusable. This is NOT a company, it's a SCAM. They take your money and wont ship the orders.

I've had an ongoing order with them and was charged back in March but still have not received my protein powder. I have emailed numerous times with no response. I know there's a lot going on in the country but your customer service is unresponsive and inexcusable

Great meal replacement!
I use the protein powder as a meal replacement. I got the chocolate fudge and the taste is great. The consistently is really smooth as well, a nice surprise compared with other protein powders I’ve had. I love that i was able to customize it for my specific needs! It feels like it has the stuff I want and nothing that I don’t. Looking forward to trying some of the other flavors on future orders.

Let me start by saying that I've tried several different protein & meal replacement powders, and just could not force myself to stick with them. Usually because of the taste and price. I'm done with my first bag of Buddy Nutrition and am awaiting my second. Absolutely LOVE this powder. The fact that I am able to customize, and change as needed is perfect, and the price is a great value. I purchased the strawberry sorbet flavor and it is DELICIOUS! A little ice, almond milk, and whatever fresh or frozen fruit I have on hand and I am out the door. I'll be honest, the smell straight out of the bag was a bit funky, so the taste was a nice surprise. And the best part is that the powder itself tastes great! No weird aftertaste, no chalky or chunky texture, so I am not working to mask the taste or choking it down. VERY pleased with this purchase, and will definitely continue using!

I received my first order of buddy nutrition today and I couldn’t help myself and instantly made myself a shake (I had to use an old shaker because I didn’t get my free bottle which is no biggie, mistakes happen). I got the vanilla flavor with carb enzyme, supergreens, protein enzyme and milti-vitamin and mineral boosts. I LOVED seeing my name on the bag too! I’ll be completely honest, I did the smell test and thought I was not going to taste good as the smell was just a bit off. I mixed it with vanilla almond milk and put a tbsp of mct oil and let me tell you; I scarfed this thing down within minutes! It tasted so good and not cakey at all and I felt full after! I’m extremely excited to see the results in the long run as I’m trying to lose some weight. I totally think the price is worth the amount you get!

Found buddy through a facebook ad. Was a bit skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised with the protein blend that they made for me after completing their little quiz. Received my protein within a week. It tasted good and the coolest part was that it had my name on the package!

so far I REALLY love it! it does not make me bloat, tastes delicious, fills me up, does not clump at all and best of all it doesn't cause acid reflux if I have it close before my workout (which is very very rare!) the price is fair for what i am getting, i like the fact there's a multivitamin and electrolytes in my powder and it has just a trace of carbs per serving, it's a great supplement for my low carb diet! thanks Buddy nutrition!

I love these personalized vitamin shots! Not only have they become part of my daily routine but they increase my energy throughout the day! I have a pretty weak immune system but since I’ve started taking buddy shots I haven’t gotten sick once. The tropical mango flavor is delicious and I have been recommending these to anyone who will listen!
