BUYER BEWARE! If you select the annual payment option to save a little bit of money be sure to stay your full year because this company OFFERS NO REFUNDS FOR UNUSED TIME. Complete scam. Buddy Punch was a great app but they have turned into the same thing as all the others. The removed features from legacy accounts, increased pricing, made common features upgrades that require more money.
very user friendly accurate hour tracking
Buddy Punch has been a great fit for our childcare center. It’s simple for staff to clock in and out, and it helps us accurately track hours for payroll and licensing requirements. The system is easy to manage, reduces timekeeping errors, and gives us peace of mind knowing staff attendance is documented. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, Buddy Punch has made scheduling and payroll much more efficient for our center.
My experience with Buddy Punch is great because in the past, timekeeping has been a very stressful thing for me. I always like to make sure that I'm on time or early. If the sign-in/punch in process takes another 5 minutes that can make you late. What I like about Buddy Punch is that you just punch in and you're good. Breaks and lunch etc can be set by the admin and from a worker's perspective that makes it far less stressful. Also good that I can use it on my phone or workstation and I don't have to manually track my hours and email them or use a spreadsheet.

Features like Geofencing and GPS tracking give me peace of mind by showing exactly where my team is when they clock in, and the map visualizations make managing multiple sites a breeze. I also love the IP locking and schedule limiting, which keep our logs accurate without extra oversight.The time editing approval workflow is seamless, and both the web and mobile apps are incredibly intuitive. On top of a great product, their customer support is excellent and the pricing is very fair. It’s a feature-rich tool that has made our payroll process much more efficient. Highly recommended!

I noticed that some hours were not right then I told my supervisor that the hours I got before payroll was not correct then he corrected it. By law no one can mess with employees hours at any time!!!

It's easy to use and understand
The software is quite user-friendly. I appreciate how it notifies us about late, early, or missed shifts, and I also like that there is an option to disable all alerts if needed. My primary use for the program is scheduling, though I have also made use of a few reports. It is very easy to use and generally easy to adjust. I utilize the app on a daily basis. Its very easy to set employees up and make adjustments. The app is useful and convenient.
